HVACDeck collects only the information you choose to submit in a buyer account, a project enquiry or a factory application, plus the technical records needed to keep forms secure.
Purpose
Account details support sign-in. Enquiry and application details are stored so the platform can review them and route a qualified enquiry. Contact details submitted by a factory are used to verify the application and are not shown on public pages.
Sharing
Enquiries must be reviewed before being routed to selected manufacturers. A factory application does not automatically publish its contents or grant access to enquiries.
Retention and requests
Records are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or application and to meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. To see, correct or delete information you submitted, email [email protected] or use the contact page. Please do not upload identity documents or other sensitive personal files.
