APPLICATIONS

HVAC equipment by application

Different projects need different information. Choose the equipment family that fits your project, then specify the operating conditions.

01

Building comfort

Space heating, cooling and ventilation. Begin with the building use, local climate and system temperatures.

Explore heat pumps
02

Process cooling

Describe the process, required fluid temperatures and available utilities.

Explore chillers
03

Cold storage

Describe the goods, room temperatures and operating environment.

Explore refrigeration units

Turn the application into supplier responsibilities

A usable project enquiry identifies the process, operating schedule and equipment boundary. Match each part to a documented family instead of assuming one listing covers the whole project.

Building heating and cooling

Provide the project loads, distribution temperatures, source conditions and zoning/control responsibilities. Separate the heat source, heat-transfer equipment, air-side terminals and ventilation duties. Ask which supplier returns the coordinated selection and which party checks the system design. An equipment quote should identify its interfaces with existing plant.

Industrial process temperature control

Describe the process fluid, acceptable temperature range, duty variation, contamination constraints and consequences of shutdown. Separate evaporator/process requirements from heat rejection and site utilities. Define restart, standby and alarm responsibilities in the enquiry, then request selections at the actual process conditions. A standard water-chiller label does not prove suitability for every fluid or low-temperature duty.

Ventilation and duct systems

Provide airflow, pressure definition, air conditions, layout and the required treatment stages. Identify fan, air-handler, duct, damper and control scopes individually. If smoke operation is required, have the project designer define the duty and applicable evidence. Keep material claims separate from complete-assembly reports and retain the selected drawing issue.

Cold-storage enquiries

Cold-storage sourcing now has published condenser and condensing-unit families to review. Xiangneng FNV is a condenser family; DKENERGY CFMZ references identify boxed condensing assemblies. Prepare room temperatures, load calculation, pull-down schedule, evaporator and defrost requirements, ambient conditions and control responsibilities. Ask for an exact supplier selection: catalogue presence alone does not establish a complete cold-storage system or verified cooling capacity.
