Chengyang labels this catalogue item “horizontal concealed fan coil”. Its actual main illustration, loaded as the product-banner background, shows an unenclosed coil face, right-side connections and a dark drain-pan extension. It contains no readable selected model or rating. The separate finished-casing/grille image belongs to the related exposed-unit listing, so that casing is not assigned to this concealed product.
The text describes a copper motor winding, hydrophilic aluminium fins, copper water distribution tubes and a balanced centrifugal fan wheel. These are supplier construction claims, not measured cooling capacity, fan pressure, sound power or corrosion-test results. The reviewed page provides no numerical selection table. A credible enquiry therefore needs an actual coil/fan selection and installation drawing rather than a capacity guessed from the appearance.
This is an equipment family; its range does not identify one orderable configuration.

The product’s main background illustration and the separate related exposed-unit picture serve different listings. Require the exact concealed-unit designation and general arrangement rather than use a decorative exposed casing as the ceiling drawing. Confirm whether a plenum, filter, return-air box, outlet transition or grille is supplied, supplied separately or excluded.
Obtain overall dimensions, coil connection side, fan/motor access, drain-pan orientation, mounting points and operating mass. Coordinate those with the available ceiling void and an actual maintenance hatch, including space to remove the filter, motor and other replaceable parts. The illustrated right-side connections do not establish that every order has the same handedness. Agree the actual left/right orientation and pipe/drain positions before ceiling work.
An unenclosed coil assembly with right-side fittings and a drain-pan extension; no dimensioned model identification.
Read the sourceA labelled drawing with actual casing, duct connections, water/drain orientation, mounts and service clearances.
Separate product choices with their own discharge and mounting arrangements; not the concealed-unit order drawing.
State the actual entering air dry-bulb and moisture condition, water inlet/outlet temperatures or flow, room sensible and latent loads, and required supply airflow. Ask for total and sensible capacities at those conditions and the exact model/fan-speed setting. For heating, issue a separate duty with the actual hot-water temperatures and entering air conditions.
Do not compare one catalogue nominal capacity against another selection using different water or air conditions. Obtain coil rows/circuiting, water flow and pressure loss, permitted water pressure/temperature and fluid compatibility. If glycol is used, provide its type and concentration for the selected calculation. Copper tubing and hydrophilic fins alone establish neither a rated capacity nor acceptable water chemistry.
Draw the supply and return paths, identifying transitions, duct lengths, bends, filters and grilles. Require airflow at the selected external static pressure and speed, with the supplier stating what resistance is included in its rating. A fan wheel described as quiet and balanced does not establish an available static pressure for an arbitrary duct layout.
Confirm electrical supply, motor/input rating, fan-speed interface and the actual thermostat/control compatibility. Ask for an acoustic schedule with measurement conditions and the intended installation arrangement; separate sound power, sound pressure and any room prediction. Locate the assembly and access hatch so service work is practical without placing an unsupported noise promise above a quiet occupied area.
For cooling operation, agree drain-pan construction, outlet orientation and size, the permitted mounting level/gradient and the selected installation instructions. Establish an actual drainage route with sufficient space and access to inspect or clean it. Where gravity drainage is impractical, specify an approved pump arrangement and its protective/control requirements rather than assume a pump is included.
Coordinate water-pipe insulation, valve and connection access, and condensation protection at the casing/duct interfaces according to the actual conditions. The hydrophilic-fin claim does not verify a drain-pan leakage test or eliminate condensation risk. Ask how filter loading and blocked drainage are detected or maintained and who will provide the necessary commissioning and service instructions.
The advantage text includes a broad reference to ventilation, air-conditioning and mechanical smoke-extraction systems. No reviewed document establishes a smoke-extraction duty, fire temperature rating or certification for this fan coil. Treat this item as an air-conditioning selection unless the exact assembly has separately documented, applicable evidence.
Similarly, the statements about corrosion resistance, long motor life and low noise have no complete test protocol in this item. For a demanding environment, request the relevant material/treatment specification and applicable test evidence. A construction description can guide questions, but it should not become a quantified service-life or safety guarantee.
The actual page names copper tubing, hydrophilic aluminium fins and a centrifugal wheel; these remain manufacturer statements.
Read the sourceSelected duty, drawing, acoustic/electrical schedule, drainage instructions and any application-specific qualification; no smoke-duty approval is inferred.
Read the sourcePrice, lead time and warranty are not established on this item. Compare quotes with one actual model, selected duties and accessory boundary, retaining the approved drawing rather than accepting an unassigned catalogue image.
Provide thermal loads, air/water conditions, duct resistance, electrical/control requirements, available void, drain route and service access.
Match model, capacities/flows/pressure losses, casing orientation and dimensions, accessories and maintenance documents to the order.
Check identification, supports and service access; verify drainage, controls and agreed air/water duties using a documented method and operating conditions.
