The published A string
Two unqualified figures; neither units nor speed/model meaning is clear. Obtain the A selection sheet.

Chunfeng’s actual YDF item describes YDF-A and YDF-B induction fans with manually multidirectional-adjustable nozzles. Two original images show box assemblies with three visible outlet nozzles and a collage of alternative forms. They contain no readable numerical table or A/B labels identifying which pictured configuration matches each form.
The published airflow strings are incomplete: A has “3600 6000” and B “630–850, 985–1350”, without units or a clear speed/configuration mapping. The diameter line contains an unclear character before 250 and 280. These are not converted into rated m³/h or millimetre model data here. A selected technical sheet is needed before the physical layout or equipment count can be justified.
This is an equipment family; its range does not identify one orderable configuration.

Ask the supplier for the full selected designation, delivered fan airflow and pressure, speed, motor/input, supply voltage and noise basis. Require units and test conditions for each figure and an explanation of what the two A values and two B ranges describe. Do not assign one number to high speed and another to low speed without documentation.
Confirm whether each airflow quantity is the fan’s primary flow or an induced-room-air claim. The diameter line also needs an unambiguous impeller/connection drawing. No model performance is inferred from a similarly named YDF product sold by a different supplier.
Two unqualified figures; neither units nor speed/model meaning is clear. Obtain the A selection sheet.
Two unqualified ranges; do not combine them or treat them as one rated envelope. Obtain the B selection sheet.
Several physical forms are pictured without A/B assignment. Match the actual offered nozzle box to a labelled drawing.
Manual directional adjustment makes outlet orientation part of the installation design. For the actual space, show supply/make-up and extract openings, beams, partitions, plant, ramps and permitted fan mounting positions. Have the designer and supplier establish the intended jet paths and how they interact with obstacles and neighbouring fans.
Require throw/velocity information with its measurement and terminal-velocity basis, nozzle number/diameter and adjustment limits for the selected assembly. The photos show outlets, but no verified coverage area. Do not multiply an assumed throw or induced-air ratio by fan quantity to create a building design. Maintain routes for occupants and service personnel and agree which nozzle settings will be recorded at commissioning.
An induction fan can move air within a space, while the building’s supply and extract arrangement determines the intended replacement/removal path. State the actual design goal: distribute supply air, move stagnant air toward extraction, address a thermal condition or support a specified ventilation strategy. Required outdoor air and extract duties need their own design basis.
For parking applications, coordinate the control and sensing approach with the responsible designer. A photograph and garage application label do not demonstrate a contaminant concentration, ventilation rate or energy saving. For pools, industrial spaces or kitchens, confirm medium, moisture/corrosion and cleaning suitability for the quoted materials and motor; do not assume one indoor-use list proves suitability for every atmosphere.
The YDF page supplies no temperature/duration report or exact fire-duty approval. The company’s broader catalogue includes fire-related equipment, but that does not automatically establish this nozzle assembly’s suitability for emergency smoke control. A proposed fire-related use requires a documented design and evidence for the actual model/configuration.
Obtain the selected fan, motor, nozzle and control information together with applicable original reports and current status where required. Identify normal/emergency sequences and interfaces to the building system. The absence of those documents in this publication is an unresolved selection state, not proof the company has no qualifying product.
Named A/B forms, manual nozzle adjustment, intended-use categories and physical box/nozzle images.
Read the sourceSelected airflow/pressure, throw, induced-flow ratio, whole-space ventilation result, acoustic guarantee or model-specific smoke duty.
Obtain the total envelope, connection faces, mounting points, weight and nozzle-adjustment clearance. Confirm access to motor/impeller, terminal box and any removable panels. The webpage’s “easy installation and maintenance” wording does not give an actual access dimension or suspension design.
Agree who supplies supports, electrical protection, isolation, controls and any vibration/noise treatment. Where a design includes accessories from the wider supplier catalogue, list them explicitly; silencers or dampers shown elsewhere are not automatically included in a YDF quote. Review the delivered assembly and its manual rather than assume the photograph defines the final wiring or construction.
A useful handover records both equipment operation and the agreed space-level checks. It should not treat nozzle adjustment alone as proof that the ventilation objective has been met. No measured energy saving, price, warranty or service response is established by the publication.
Resolve A/B model data and units; approve the fan duty, nozzle arrangement, mounting/access and intended supply-to-extract paths.
Verify direction, electrical input, operation, noise/vibration checks and actual nozzle positions under defined conditions; retain the manufacturer’s manual.
Use the designer’s agreed airflow/velocity or relevant environmental verification method; record operating modes, conditions and adjustments, with maintenance responsibility.
