New high-temperature heating
Verify the catalogue/test basis against actual design water and room conditions before using W/section.
Read eight catalogue variants at the printed ΔT=64.5° condition, then select the bank using actual system temperatures, pressure and connection drawings.

The official FGGZ2 item is an image-led radiator family. Its photograph shows a white column-form emitter with upper and lower connections; the separate original table lists FGGZ203, 204, 205, 206, 209, 212, 216 and 220. The connection centre distances range from 300 to 2,000 mm and the printed output values range from 61 to 206.6 W per section at ΔT=64.5°.
These are supplier catalogue figures with a stated temperature-difference condition. They do not establish output at a different water/room temperature, a complete bank’s installed capacity or an independently witnessed test. The table’s centre distance is not the overall emitter height, and its surface-area column is not water capacity.
This is an equipment family; its range does not identify one orderable configuration.
Swipe the table, or focus it and use arrow keys, to read the conditions and sources.
| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and evidence |
|---|---|---|
| FGGZ203 | 300 mm centres · 61 W/section | Printed ΔT=64.5° catalogue output; not a low-temperature or installed-system rating. Source |
| FGGZ204 | 400 mm centres · 68 W/section | Same printed condition; selected bank and connection details still required. Source |
| FGGZ205 | 500 mm centres · 77 W/section | Same printed condition; no universal temperature correction provided. Source |
| FGGZ206 | 600 mm centres · 90 W/section | Same printed condition; centre distance is not overall height. Source |
| FGGZ209 | 900 mm centres · 121 W/section | Same printed condition; confirm exact offered configuration. Source |
| FGGZ212 | 1,200 mm centres · 152 W/section | Same printed condition; no complete-bank dimensions supplied. Source |
| FGGZ216 | 1,600 mm centres · 176.5 W/section | Same printed condition; allow selected mounting/connection clearance. Source |
| FGGZ220 | 2,000 mm centres · 206.6 W/section | Same printed condition; confirm site dimensions and handling. Source |
| Working pressure column | 1.2 MPa for all eight listed rows | Supplier working-pressure wording; not test pressure, burst pressure or installation approval. Source |
The original heat-output heading explicitly prints ΔT=64.5°. The table does not provide a complete inlet/outlet/room-temperature test schedule, flow rate, test laboratory report or an exponent/correction curve. Compare these values only with other data at an established equivalent basis. For a lower-temperature heat-pump circuit, request model-specific output at the actual supply/return and room conditions.
The official standards platform marks GB/T 13754-2017, Test methods of thermal output of heating radiators, as current. Its existence does not prove that these catalogue values were measured under that method. Ask the supplier to identify the report, specimen, section/bank configuration and conditions behind the offered rating; the reviewed source supplies no authenticated report.
Supply the design room load and system temperatures before selecting section count. Once the output basis and arrangement are validated, divide the required load by the applicable section output and round the proposed quantity upward, then have the supplier/designer confirm the complete bank and installation corrections. No numeric room-capacity claim is made here because the actual project and correction data are missing.
Avoid choosing the tallest row solely because its catalogue W/section is highest. Available width, bracket loading, connection layout, cleaning/service space and room placement can favour another height and section count. Require total bank width/height/depth and weight with the selected quantity; the centre-distance column cannot answer those questions.
Verify the catalogue/test basis against actual design water and room conditions before using W/section.
Obtain applicable reduced-temperature output and check available bank space; old catalogue output may not close the load.
Match actual centres, threads, bank envelope and connection orientation, then verify duty rather than matching appearance.
The original table’s heat-transfer area values run from 0.066 to 0.36 m² per section. Surface area is not a room floor-area allowance and does not state internal water volume. The image also contains a metal thermal-strength column; use an unambiguous supplier data sheet for its basis rather than converting it into an efficiency claim.
All listed rows show 1.2 MPa in the working-pressure column. The item supplies no selected maximum water temperature, test/burst pressure, pressure-temperature derating or field-test procedure. Confirm the complete bank, fittings and valves against the actual system static/dynamic conditions, including the installation location, and request appropriate documented factory and site tests.
The catalogue image advertises an internal anticorrosion coating, high heat output and long service life, but no coating chemistry, thickness, corrosion-test result or guaranteed life. The wider company profile includes steel column and composite radiators; it does not authenticate the exact FGGZ2 material construction by itself. Obtain the selected product drawing and material/weld specification.
Ask for written water-quality and treatment limits, oxygen exposure/filling requirements and compatible chemicals. Distinguish maintenance requirements from warranty conditions and agree responsibility for an existing system’s contamination or unsuitable water. A coating headline cannot replace water-system compatibility evidence.
The actual product photograph shows connection openings at the top and bottom but no readable thread designation or bracket detail. Define connection orientation/size, valves, air vent, drain and any plugs/accessories in the supply schedule. Require instructions for support points, bracket loads and wall/floor substrate suitability.
Check that the selected bank can be carried into the room and serviced without obstructing controls or adjacent finishes. Agree protective packing and lifting/handling information, particularly for tall banks. The reviewed item gives no fixed lead time, export pack standard, price or warranty duration.
Inspection should connect the approved variant/section count to the delivered tagged bank and its records. Installed heat performance also depends on flow, controls and air removal; a passed pressure test does not demonstrate room-load coverage.
Approve output basis, section count, overall drawing, material/coating and working temperature/pressure.
Check identification, dimensional/material and required factory-pressure records, finish, accessories and packing.
Complete the approved system test, air removal and balancing; verify temperatures/flow and control operation, then hand over maintenance and warranty documents.
