What this manufacturer offers

Jiangsu Jingchuang Electric, using the Elitech brand, describes its business as research and manufacture of instruments and control systems founded in 1996. Its website separates refrigeration control systems, monitoring/logging equipment, instrument tools, heating controls and industrial refrigeration controls. The MC-1000 publication is an industrial chiller/oil-cooling controller reference, not a complete cooling machine.

The useful supplier review therefore concerns controller revision, sensors and outputs, application engineering, documentation and service. The chiller builder remains responsible for the complete equipment selection and integration; a control-board catalogue cannot establish a machine’s capacity or safety compliance.

This profile combines the official company description, visually reviewed MC-1000 diagrams, contact/service pages and original government records. It keeps corporate awards and production statements separate from model-specific technical evidence.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Review a controls manufacturer without confusing it with the cooling-machine builder

The MC-1000 evidence is in images as well as text

The product page’s readable text only identifies the controller and industrial chiller/oil-cooling use. Its illustrated description adds a separated main board and 4.3-inch display, RS485, a wiring drawing and an input/output table. Those images were read individually for this review.

They show a substantially more specific component offering than the short page text suggests. They do not supply a complete manual, current firmware schedule or electrical test report. The individual product review below translates the visible interfaces into an enquiry that an equipment designer can check.

Controller supplier scope

Identify the MC-1000 hardware/firmware revision, board/panel package, sensors, approved wiring, communications and application support.

Read the source

Cooling-machine builder scope

Identify the complete machine, loads, external protection circuit and commissioning responsibility. A controller’s output labels cannot approve the complete chiller’s wiring or duty.

Manufacturing and research claims should be matched to the order

The company overview reports more than 7.6 million terminal devices annually, over 160 R&D engineers and an automated single-use logger production line. It also describes a CNAS laboratory with eight functional areas and more than 300 pieces of inspection/experimental equipment. These are company-wide statements. The logger line is not evidence of a dedicated MC-1000 line or its capacity.

No current laboratory recognition number, accredited scope or MC-1000 test report was established in the reviewed overview. Its general FDA, UL, EN12830 and DO-160 wording is not proof that this industrial controller holds all those approvals.

Ask for the actual production/test location, order inspection plan, traceable hardware and firmware revisions, applicable test evidence and certificate scope. Keep sample evaluation, acceptance testing and commercial delivery commitments separate from corporate totals.

Government records support the named company, not every product claim

The China Securities Regulatory Commission’s decision 证监许可〔2025〕2132号, dated 20 September 2025, names this company and approves its application to register a public share issue. The decision sets a 12-month validity period. This review does not use that historical approval to assert an ongoing approval, current trading status or a stock code.

A Jiangsu provincial government report dated 28 February 2026 names 江苏省精创电气股份有限公司 among recipients of the 2025 provincial governor’s quality award. This is evidence of that company-level award, not a product-performance certificate or controller EMC report.

Match the contract entity and the technical documents separately. Neither a securities decision nor a corporate award answers the controller’s sensor accuracy, electrical output limits or supported protocol.

Read service promises by product and destination

The official service publication mentions a one-year repair period subject to contract, domestic response/attendance statements and remote installation/training support. A separate post-warranty free-repair paragraph specifically concerns temperature/humidity loggers. It should not be silently applied to MC-1000.

The same page says overseas cases are handled or replaced by the relevant regional subsidiary according to the reported product situation. Domestic attendance statements cannot be assumed to apply at an overseas project.

Confirm the selected controller’s warranty, responsible regional organisation, return/replacement procedure, application-support scope and handling of third-party equipment modifications. The public exclusions include improper use/storage and unauthorised repair. Put the actual terms into the order rather than adopting a general page as a destination-specific SLA.

  1. Choose the supported package

Obtain the named controller revision, panel/board/cable/sensor contents, current manual and application contact.

  2. Define integration and change control

Agree firmware/parameter responsibility, approval of machine wiring and how replacement boards or panels are matched to the installed configuration.

  3. Agree support for the project location

Identify the regional service party, warranty and replacement terms, technical escalation and responsibility for the complete machine after component replacement.

The documentation gap to close before an engineering release

An MC-1000 search in the official manual page returned no listed result in this session. This is a search finding, not evidence that Elitech cannot supply a manual. The illustrated description provides useful interface clues but lacks a versioned full operating/installation document.

Request a current approved manual, wiring and I/O schedule, electrical conditions, sensor specifications, protocol/register map, alarm behavior and applicable conformity evidence. A complete machine should be released only through the responsible equipment designer’s review; this profile does not provide wiring instructions.
