What this manufacturer offers

Hebei Turbine Fan Manufacturing Co., Ltd., legally 河北透平风机制造有限公司, discloses fan/rotating-equipment component manufacture and repair in Qianan, Hebei. The preserved CRM export gives incorporation on 27 October 2015 and credit code 91130283MA07KFYY8Y. Its registered locality between Weijiu and Weishi streets in the Qianan development area agrees with the current official contact and a government-published 2021 project record. The historical project report also describes a start in October 2015, independently supporting the year/month without being a new registry certificate.

The strongest manufacturing evidence reviewed is the January 2021 technical-upgrade environmental report published by Qianan government: it describes existing machining, welding, balancing and repair routes, and proposed additional equipment without increased capacity. Its dated inventory and project figures are not presented as an audited 2026 machine list or production rate. The official catalogue's multistage, single-inlet and open-impeller pages show actual rotating components but no complete fan rating schedules. This profile focuses on the parts/repair sourcing boundary rather than claiming qualified refrigeration equipment, current emissions licensing or independently verified university partnerships.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Evaluate the manufacturing route behind an ordered fan component

Keep the legal, location and website evidence together

Use the exact Chinese contracting name and request current registration/order documents. The CRM 2015 date agrees at month/year level with the government's dated project report. The current official address agrees with that report and the imported registered locality. Older correspondence entries in CRM remain preserved rather than being overwritten.

The reviewed website is the CRM .cn domain, while its contact text prints a .com address. That string is not treated as an independently verified second website. Confirm current communication and the actual assembly/repair dispatch point when issuing an enquiry. No present workshop visit has been conducted.

Read the manufacturing route from its dated technical report

The January 2021 report describes raw-material cutting, machining to drawings, welded assembly, balance-related inspection and storage for blades/spares. Its existing repair route starts with inspection and measurement of damage, then repair machining/welding and subsequent balancing. This is more specific than the website's general technical-strength language, but it remains a dated project document.

The report distinguishes existing equipment from 26 proposed production additions and states no capacity increase. It also describes existing annealing as outsourced while proposing electric-furnace equipment. Ask which processes are performed today, where heat treatment/coating is done and who issues material, welding, dimensional and balance records for the ordered component. A proposal is not evidence that every machine was installed.

Separate historical approvals from present qualification

The municipal notice dated 25 January 2021 is an environmental-report acceptance and proposed-approval public notice. Its attached report recounts earlier environmental approval/self-acceptance history, but no final 2021 upgrade decision or fresh operating status was retrieved. The report's statement that the enterprise lacked a discharge permit belongs to its 2021 context and is not projected onto 2026.

A July 2018 municipal news item reports completion of an earlier laser-cladding/spare-processing project. It supports dated industrial activity, not current emissions compliance or a product certificate. The website's partnership and regional-ranking claims are supplier statements; no university-side confirmation or independent ranking assessment was read.

Current evidence remains necessary

Actual present process, selected-component tests, current applicable documents and delivery capacity are not independently established.

Read the source

Select a component rather than borrowing an entire fan rating

The multistage blower page shows a shaft with several impellers rather than an issued complete blower/motor package. The single-inlet page shows a wheel and the open-impeller page shows another component form. Their headings identify catalogue context; no flow/pressure curve, speed, material grade or machine interface is published in the reviewed text.

Request the original equipment/model, approved drawing and service medium/temperature/speed. Define new replacement versus repair and the selected inspection/acceptance boundary. TRT and steam-turbine material elsewhere in the site does not automatically qualify a part for a particular building-ventilation or refrigeration application. Do not infer complete equipment performance from a rotating-part photograph.

Agree traceability and responsibility for the ordered work

For new work, obtain material identity, manufacturing/heat-treatment route, interfaces and dimensional/balance criteria on approved documents. For repair, obtain incoming-condition records, approved repair limits, responsible engineering assessment and final inspection/report scope. Website repair advertising is not a recommendation to repair every damaged rotor.

Identify the source of purchased parts and any outsourced processes, plus warranty, service and spare support. The valid customer-service email read on the official contact page is stored only in private CRM, without outreach. Current prices, lead times, audited annual capacity and independently verified service-life improvements remain unknown.
