Hebei Turbine Fan's official catalogue provides three useful rotating-part disclosures: a multistage blower-labelled page with a shaft carrying several impellers, a single-inlet fan-labelled page with a red wheel and an open-impeller page. The original photographs were inspected individually. The webpage headings do not establish a complete blower casing, motor package or selected performance rating. These components are consolidated here for a drawing-led replacement/repair enquiry, rather than given a fabricated fan flow/pressure schedule.
A government-published January 2021 technical report describes the company's blade/spare machining and fan-repair routes, including cutting, machining, welded assembly and balance inspection. That dated process disclosure is useful for evaluating the proposed work, but not an inspected 2026 quality report for your part. Selection needs the original equipment identity, approved interfaces, material/service conditions and an agreed engineering and inspection boundary before a photograph can become a usable replacement specification.
This is an equipment family; its range does not identify one orderable configuration.
Swipe the table, or focus it and use arrow keys, to read the conditions and sources.
| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Actual multistage photograph | Shaft assembly with several impellers | Official multistage blower-labelled page; no complete blower/motor assembly or rated point. Source |
| Actual single-inlet/open-wheel photos | Red inlet wheel and separate open-impeller construction | Original supplier photos read; dimensions, material, speed and part numbers unknown. Source |
| Dated machining route | Cutting, machining, welded assembly and balance-related inspection | January 2021 government-published report, not a current selected-part test. Source |
| Dated repair route | Inspection/measurement, repair machining/welding and balancing | Historic disclosure; suitability and permitted repair require component-specific approval. Source |
| Published rating gaps | No inspected curve, rpm, material grade, balance criterion or tolerances | No invented aerodynamic or mechanical performance. Source |
| Quotation choices | New replacement versus approved repair | Scope must identify original machine, drawing revision, outsourced work and acceptance records. Source |
Provide the original fan/blower model, installed part identity, available approved drawing and the actual shaft/hub/interface requirements. The website's multistage heading accompanies a component photograph; it is not a complete replacement package selection. Confirm whether the order is a complete rotor, a wheel, separate blades or another defined component.
Specify operating speed, rotation, medium, temperature and other service conditions in the responsible engineer's enquiry. No aerodynamic duty or permissible speed is calculated from the number of visible impellers, blade shape or colour. The source gives no dimensional catalogue that can replace an approved machine drawing.
The company's dated project report describes both blade/spare production and fan repair. For a new part, obtain material/processing specifications, interface dimensions and traceability. For an existing damaged component, obtain an incoming-condition record and a component-specific approved repair plan. General laser-cladding advertising does not authorize repair of every crack, loss of section or service-damaged rotor.
Identify the responsible assessment, permitted process and any required inspection before and after work. The 2021 report's existing heat-treatment outsourcing and proposed furnace additions are not proof of today's in-house capability. Ask who performs the actual heat treatment/coating and issues its records.
The government-published route mentions balance-related inspection, but does not issue an acceptance grade or allowable residual imbalance for your ordered component. Define the selected dimensional and balance criteria with the responsible equipment engineer and supplier. Request actual report identity, setup, speed/configuration and traceability to the delivered part.
If a complete rotor is ordered, specify which parts and configuration are included in balancing and final assembly. A wheel-only record is not automatically evidence for the entire installed rotor. Current calibration, witnessed testing and independent test outcomes remain unknown.
The official component pages provide no selected fan curve. A manufactured wheel that matches an approved drawing still needs its own agreed installed-equipment verification boundary. Do not promise flow, pressure, efficiency, vibration or service-life improvements solely from its photograph or a historical repair project.
Request the selected delivery/protection arrangement, spare-support and warranty scope. Identify who approves installation and final machine checks. Current price, lead time and measured performance results remain unknown. Similar shaft/wheel pictures and location-keyword variants are not additional product URLs.
Approved drawing, traceable materials/processes and defined dimensional/balance acceptance.
Incoming condition, engineering-approved repair limits and traceable process/final inspection records.
A separate operating and aerodynamic verification boundary; no flow/pressure guarantee from part images.
