What this manufacturer offers

广州合强暖通空调材料有限公司 describes itself as a producer developing and selling polyethylene and composite aluminium-foil insulation materials and supporting products. The official contact page gives Yongan Road, Zhaidong Village, Yonghe, Xintang, Zengcheng, Guangzhou.

The catalogue separates PEF insulation, PE support blocks, sealing tapes, foil-faced sheets, insulation tubes and adhesive-backed sheets. These are different supply forms and interfaces. A supplier suitable for a chilled-water tube enquiry is not automatically qualified for every duct facing, support detail or project fire requirement.

The reviewed PEF item is image-led. A separate 2015 article publishes general figures, and an original 2023 patent publication identifies Heqiang for a particular flame-retardant formulation/process. Neither establishes the rating or composition of the current pictured rolls. This review keeps those scopes distinct.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Evaluate Heqiang against an insulation schedule, not a generic foam description

Choose the procurement form before comparing offers

Heqiang’s catalogue is broader than a single roll of foam. For a duct project, identify flat insulation, its facing, the adhesive and joint tape. For pipework, state whether preformed tubing, cut sheet or a support-block detail is required. Specify whether accessories are included in the same system or separately sourced.

The supplier introduction says it uses foaming and further-processing equipment, but supplies no reviewed line schedule, capacity or tolerance matrix. Ask which production/converting process supplies the proposed form and how thickness, density, facing bond and dimensional tolerances are checked.

Sheets and duct insulation

Approve width/length/thickness, facing and seam details for the actual duct environment.

Pipe insulation and supports

Specify pipe outside diameter, tube fit, insulation thickness, fittings and compatible support details.

Adhesive/facing accessories

Identify backing adhesive, glue and tape products, their installation conditions and compatible surfaces.

Keep the 2015 figures attached to their historical article

The adhesive-backed-board article dated 27 March 2015 lists density 20–30 kg/m³, water absorption ≤1%, oxygen index ≥27 and a temperature expression of −50°C to 110°C marked short-term. Its conductivity text is printed as 0.035 w/m.h.℃, without a test method or mean temperature. It also contains interleaved tube-like and sheet-size entries.

Those figures are useful questions for a current technical data sheet; they are not an authenticated specification for catalogue item 632. Ask for the exact proposed grade and current methods/conditions, with tolerances and a report corresponding to its composition, facing and thickness. Do not silently normalise the unusual conductivity unit or turn the short-term temperature into continuous service.

Read the displayed patents as research evidence, not certification

The actual image under the official qualification page shows two framed utility-model patent certificates, not a thermal-conductivity or reaction-to-fire test report. Some small text is not sufficiently legible for reliable detailed identifiers; it is not transcribed by guessing.

Separately, original invention grant publication CN115353681B names Heqiang, application date 20 August 2022 and grant publication 29 December 2023. It describes a specific flame-retardant insulation formulation/preparation method and experimental examples. Its publication does not demonstrate that the photographed PEF stock uses that formulation, nor authenticate the current patent status or a project classification. Ask for current rights information only where relevant, and independently qualify the supplied material.

Treat marketing properties as test questions for one grade

The introduction promotes antibacterial, mould-resistant, antistatic and ageing-resistant properties and broad environmental benefits. The reviewed pages do not attach grade-specific reports, test organisms/conditions or emission evidence to the current PEF item.

If one property is essential, put the required test and acceptance into the enquiry and ask for a matching report. Distinguish the foam, backing adhesive and foil-faced finished system. Oxygen-index wording alone does not identify the project’s required complete reaction-to-fire classification, and a patent does not certify installation performance.

Installation and continuity matter alongside the foam material

The supplier’s 2015 installation article calls for joining/sealing cuts and joints with dedicated adhesive, staged installation of larger and smaller pipes, and sealing at pipe-insulation ends. It is a general historical guide and includes unclear wording about bonding width; it is not a complete selected-system installation specification.

Request current adhesive application, substrate preparation, seam/fitting, support and termination details. Agree how the contractor checks continuity at elbows, valves and supports. For cold service, ask for the selected thickness calculation and moisture-control details using actual fluid temperature and ambient humidity rather than assuming that any PEF thickness prevents condensation.

Assess delivery evidence and close the material-system offer

The reviewed case index repeats general engineering-case captions, while the environment index uses generic factory captions. They do not establish a named project’s selected grade, quantity, installation acceptance or monitored result. No fixed MOQ, price, delivery term or detailed warranty was verified.

Request a representative current production sample, lot identification, packing dimensions and the material/accessory data needed by the installer. Ask how changes in formulation, facing or adhesive are notified. For a project reference, obtain the specific supply and acceptance scope rather than treating a gallery as an endorsement.

  1. Freeze the insulation schedule

Define service conditions, geometry, thickness calculation, facing and the required material/test scope.

  2. Approve the system sample

Review foam/facing/adhesive and joint/support details, with current reports for the exact offered grade.

  3. Control delivery and installation

Agree lot identification, tolerances, packaging, storage, application instructions and written defect-remedy terms.
