What this manufacturer offers

Zhejiang Xiangneng Refrigeration Equipment’s website describes air coolers, evaporators, air-cooled condensers and refrigeration compressor units, together with non-standard design and cold-store installation services. Its company/footer identity and the back cover of its downloadable 2023 product manual identify 浙江翔能制冷设备有限公司 at 161 Dongzhi Street, Huangze Town, Shengzhou.

The original manual gives FNV condenser heat-rejection data at stated air/condensing temperatures and a separate installation drawing. That is a stronger technical starting point than the home page’s efficiency slogans, but it is dated catalogue evidence rather than a new quotation or independent test of the buyer’s assembly.

The supplier’s industry storefront also lists the same Chinese name, town/street address and FNV family. This corroborates the published trading presence; it does not establish a current factory audit, certificate validity or guaranteed performance.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Review the component, assembled unit and cold-store project as separate scopes

First establish what is being bought

Xiangneng markets different equipment roles in the same cold-store system. The FNV schedule concerns a condenser; nearby compressor-unit and air-cooler pages cannot be silently used to complete its specifications.

Air-cooled condenser

Match required heat rejection, refrigerant/operating conditions, air access, fan supply and approved installation dimensions. The FNV table is useful here.

Read the source

Compressor condensing unit

Request the actual compressor, condenser, controls and accessory schedule, with refrigeration capacity at the specified evaporating/condensing conditions.

Cold-store project

Define storage duty, room construction, refrigeration equipment, installation, acceptance and service responsibility as one agreed project scope.

What the dated manual can help a buyer check

The 2023 manual makes model-level comparison possible for the FNV family, rather than relying on a generic product photograph. Its separate thermal/electrical and installation schedules should stay linked to the same model. It also states that dimensions can change and will be updated in later samples.

Ask for the latest selected-model sheet and signed drawing before manufacture or site preparation. Confirm the refrigerant and operating envelope, fan-control arrangement, coil materials/coating and pressure-related documents where relevant. Public historical tables do not settle those details for a new or customised order.

Manufacturing and quality descriptions remain supplier statements

The manual describes design-condition testing, digital cloud MES and machining/fin-production capability. These descriptions indicate the processes a buyer can ask to inspect; this platform has not independently measured production output, checked the entire test system or audited order traceability.

For a component order, obtain the configuration drawing, material/coil and fan schedule, identification and applicable factory inspection records. For a complete unit, request its own pressure/leak, electrical, control and performance records as appropriate to the agreed scope. A general claim that equipment is checked before shipment is not the selected unit’s actual report.

Design and revision control

Match quotation, drawing revision, bill of materials and intended conditions; retain the approved configuration for later inspection.

Manufacturing and inspection traceability

Ask which checks apply to this assembly and retain the model/batch/serial link to the supplier’s recorded results.

Change control

Agree how changed fans, coils, dimensions or controls are approved and whether the original selection still applies.

Certification and history need a current scope

The website states ISO9001:2015 and an industrial-product production licence; the manual also reproduces a quality-management certificate image. This review has not authenticated a current certificate/licence number, validity, site or covered product category. These statements are not presented as FNV model approvals.

The manual describes more than twenty years of experience. That is a dated supplier history claim, not an exact incorporation date for the current legal entity. Likewise, the industry platform’s own score is not an engineering performance rating and is not converted into a customer-review score here. Request current legal and qualification records if they are part of the buyer’s approval process.

Customisation and project support need deliverable definitions

The supplier offers non-standard equipment and cold-store project services, with operator/maintenance training mentioned on the website. A custom condenser needs a revised technical selection and drawing, not only a changed cabinet size. Agree dimensional constraints, fan/control choices, corrosion exposure, documentation and acceptance before treating a modification as approved.

No fixed warranty duration or destination-specific repair timetable was established from the reviewed original manual/company pages. Agree coverage, start event, exclusions, responsible technician, spare parts, freight and training scope in the order. Do not turn general after-sales language into unlimited free overseas service.

  1. Define the duty and scope

Specify whether the order is an FNV component, a compressor unit or a complete room project, with the relevant design conditions.

  2. Approve the technical revision

Request current schedules, selected-model drawing, included parts, test/inspection plan and any custom changes.

  3. Approve handover and support

Record acceptance criteria, documents and training, with written warranty and destination service responsibilities.
