What this manufacturer offers

The official Chinese introduction identifies 沈阳中科信盈人工环境设备有限公司 and offers consultation, design, equipment manufacturing, installation/commissioning and operational services for heating, domestic hot water, cooling and bathing-wastewater heat recovery. Its catalogue separates shower hot water, steam-room high-temperature equipment, pool temperature control and heating applications.

The wastewater route is an application-specific system enquiry. Available discharge temperature/flow, contamination and operating hours determine how much source heat can be recovered; a general bather count cannot replace that evidence. The current reviewed product source identifies DP-Y220II, and the separate product brief records a previous directory-designation discrepancy rather than silently treating names as interchangeable.

Two original supplier case articles contain dates and equipment combinations. Original patent publications and displayed certificate images also document defined subjects. This profile keeps those records separate from present operating performance, current legal status and model-specific conformity.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

A useful Zhongke Xinying review starts with the bathing facility’s source and demand

Match each heat-pump family to its actual water duty

The homepage distinguishes one-pass shower hot water, steam-room high-temperature equipment, pool temperature control and heating. Its 95°C high-temperature wording, titanium heat-exchanger wording and R410A heating-family wording appear in different application descriptions. They should not be combined into a specification for DP-Y220II.

For a multi-use facility, tell the supplier which loads must run together, with their temperatures, schedules and storage arrangements. Request separate selected outputs and a control sequence. A turnkey description does not establish that every displayed source route, circulation system or cooling mode is included in a particular package.

Shower hot-water supply

Provide hourly demand, cold-water inlet and required supply/storage temperatures, with peak and start-up requirements.

Wastewater heat recovery

Measure recoverable flow/temperature across the same hours, contamination and interruptions; define collection, source exchanger and secondary-loop responsibilities.

Read the source

Steam-room, pool or heating duty

Obtain the applicable family/model selection and temperature/material/control requirements separately. Do not transfer another family’s headline values.

Read the source

The indirect-exchange description needs an order-specific schematic

The homepage explains an immersed wastewater exchanger and circulating secondary fluid that carries recovered heat to the heat-pump evaporator. Its current principle graphic illustrates wastewater collection, a well-water source route and summer cooling. The graphic’s temperature labels are illustrative, not a certified unit rating.

Have the selected design identify wastewater, secondary/source, refrigerant and domestic-water circuits, with materials, pumps, access and control interfaces. Confirm collection/storage and cleaning provisions and have the project designer review the actual installation requirements. The supplier’s no-maintenance and long-life wording is not an inspected maintenance plan or a written guarantee for a specific wastewater composition.

Read the bathhouse case as a dated supplier account

The supplier’s 12 April 2020 Letanghui article says the Shenyang bathing project entered use in 2017. It describes a 4,000 m² facility, three Y100 units and one D100 high-temperature unit, serving bathing, steam-room and cooling duties. It also gives customer-flow and area figures. These are the supplier’s historical account, not an independently measured performance report.

The article does not identify DP-Y220II, supply rated conditions or demonstrate the facility’s current operation. For a comparable project, request the actual source/demand brief, equipment/control arrangement, commissioning record and relevant customer reference. Equipment counts and visitor numbers do not by themselves establish the duty of a new installation.

Historical installation description

Three Y100 plus one D100 and reported 2017 start of use; source article published in April 2020.

Transferable enquiry questions

Ask how hot-water, high-temperature and cooling loads were separated, how source availability was handled and what evidence measured acceptance.

The school case uses two Y100 units, not the reviewed DP model

The original 27 May 2019 school article lists two Y100 units for shower hot water and claims production above six tonnes per hour. It supplies no inlet/outlet water conditions, time-based measurement or third-party test supporting that quantity. The claim is not used to rate DP-Y220II or size an unrelated school.

For an institutional hot-water enquiry, provide simultaneous use and peak draw-off, recovery time, storage and source availability. Ask for a duty-specific selection and evidence tied to the proposed model combination. The source article is a lead for further reference checking, not a substitute for those calculations.

What the dated article identifies

Two Y100 units and shower-hot-water use at an unnamed Shijiazhuang school; supplier-reported quantity lacks stated test conditions.

What a new project still needs

Confirm present requirements, selected combination, hourly source/load balance and measurable hot-water acceptance.

Patent documents support defined disclosures, not every sales assertion

The original CN111219777A application publication, filed on 26 February 2020 and published on 2 June 2020, names the company and discloses a public-bathroom heat-recovery hot-water system. Its official-site gallery separately displays grant-certificate images for that subject (CN111219777B) and a high-temperature steam-room heat-pump system (CN111237851B).

These are different documented subjects. No current rights/status determination or correspondence to a particular DP-Y220II assembly is established here. The patent documents are not efficiency certificates, product safety approvals or confirmation of advertised savings. The displayed business licence’s 2016 establishment date is also distinct from the homepage’s twenty-year experience wording.

Published invention

Use the original applicant, date and disclosed subject as limited historical technical evidence.

Separate advertised assistance from contractual service delivery

The homepage offers free scheme design, on-site installation guidance, commissioning/training and after-sales guidance, with 24-hour-plus service wording. The reviewed pages do not define fixed warranty duration, destination coverage, arrival/repair deadlines or which works the supplier performs rather than guides. The official contact page gives a separate after-sales telephone and email; the existing private CRM email has been preserved, with no message sent.

For a heat-recovery project, keep the design, civil collection works, water/electrical connections, controls and commissioning parties explicit. Agree what is measured at handover and who maintains the source-side equipment thereafter.

  1. Approve project and equipment boundaries

Identify the contracting entity, supplying site, selected model, collection/storage works, exchanger, pumps, controls and installers.

  2. Approve inspection and commissioning

Agree source/demand conditions, delivered hot-water duty, electrical/auxiliary measurement boundary and test records.

  3. Approve handover and support

Retain drawings and instructions, source-cleaning/access arrangements, spare-parts scope and written warranty/support at the project destination.
