Select the counterflow construction at the actual hot-water duty
Jinchuang's reviewed JCN page describes a square counterflow FRP cooling tower promoted for high-temperature and low-noise duties. It identifies heat-exchange fill, an aluminium airfoil axial fan, a tower-specific motor, FRP casing/basin panels and galvanized steel structure. Modular combinations and separated adjacent air chambers are described, with two-speed motors offered to user requirements. The original photograph shows a multi-cell square installation; it does not identify a selected JCN model, capacity or measured sound level.
Unlike the JCR disclosure reviewed separately, this JCN page provides no current model/condition table or inspected CTI evidence. High-temperature and low-noise wording therefore needs actual water-temperature, fill-material and sound selections. This brief keeps JCN counterflow architecture distinct while consolidating generic noise/style variants; it does not import JCR certification, sample water flow or another tower's heat rating. Order scope must include actual tower materials, cell arrangement, water-distribution requirements and the conditions for maintenance with neighbouring cells operating.

Selection and application review
Define what high-temperature duty means in the order
Provide entering/leaving water temperatures, required flow, design wet bulb and relevant fluid quality. Ask for selected thermal duty and permissible temperatures for the actual fill, casing and water-distribution components. The product title gives no numerical high-temperature envelope.
Obtain model-specific duty across the intended load/weather range. Do not borrow a JCR selection point or a generic cooling-ton figure. Confirm whether the selected construction remains suitable during start-up and the limiting water-temperature conditions.
Compare fan and motor selections at one sound requirement
Issue site sound criteria with measurement positions and operating conditions. Request the selected fan diameter/speed, motor input and sound data, including any two-speed option. A low-noise axial-fan description is not an absolute dB(A) result or an assurance of property-boundary compliance.
Ask how part-load control affects airflow and heat rejection. Do not assume the two-speed motor is standard or that lower motor power preserves required duty at the hottest operating point.
Approve FRP, steel and fill construction
Request actual FRP specifications, galvanized structural details, support loads and installed dimensions. The source's UV/ageing/corrosion language lacks an independently inspected life test, so it is not converted into a maintenance-free service-life claim.
Specify fill and eliminator compatibility with the operating temperatures and water quality. Obtain material/inspection records and cleaning/replacement access. A photograph of several cells does not establish weight, wind/seismic design or a complete included accessory schedule.
Make modular service a defined failure-state decision
Select actual cell count and connecting hydraulic arrangements. The official page says adjacent air chambers are separated and maintenance is convenient during operation. Ask which cells/components may be isolated, how water flow is redistributed and what heat duty remains.
Agree fan/motor isolation and access under issued maintenance instructions. Modular construction alone does not prove that every cleaning or repair can occur without interruption, nor does it establish full load with one cell unavailable.
Close water-side and thermal acceptance records
Obtain connection sizes, distribution-pressure requirements, basin/drain/makeup arrangements and the selected treatment/maintenance scope. Agree thermal measurement conditions and methods at the ordered water/wet-bulb point, plus separate sound and control checks.
Require JCN-specific certificate evidence only if claimed for the selected order. Current price, lead time and independent installed performance remain unknown.
Issue temperatures and climate
Define water duty, wet bulb and actual component temperature limits.
Approve cells and fan duty
Select structure/fill, sound schedule, motor option and service isolation.
Accept the ordered configuration
Verify thermal, hydraulic and sound criteria without transferring JCR certificates.
