What this manufacturer offers

Shaoxing Shangyu Dashun Ventilation Equipment Co., Ltd. uses the Shunfeng and Dashun ventilation brands. Its official introduction places the business in Shangyu, Shaoxing, and lists smoke-exhaust, centrifugal, mixed-flow, axial, roof and cabinet fans alongside dampers and silencers. The contact address identifies Majia Road in the Ludong industrial area of Baiguan Subdistrict.

The company describes CAD-based development, data-acquisition testing and management covering design, procurement, production, inspection, sales and after-sales service. These are published process statements, not a factory audit. The HTF product page is more useful for an initial technical discussion: its image catalogue explains several variants and includes tables of paired airflow and total-pressure points. Those images were read visually for this profile rather than treating the short page heading as the complete specification.

The selected equipment reference remains the HTF family, not a single chosen fan. The supplier’s separate certificate gallery includes an entry labelled HTF-I-16A. That specific label deserves a model-matched check; it cannot be extended automatically to every number and arrangement in the wider family.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Dashun: choosing within the HTF smoke-exhaust catalogue

The catalogue actually explains I–IV

Unlike a family heading alone, the first catalogue image explains the impeller arrangement and speed distinction for I–IV. Its other labels have separate purposes: W is a roof arrangement, D is described as a low-pressure form, and X is a silenced form mentioned in the image text even though X is absent from the page heading. Keep that naming difference visible when requesting the current selection sheet. (Source 2.)

HTF-I and HTF-II: axial arrangement

The catalogue describes the normal-pressure group with an axial impeller, identifying I as single-speed and II as two-speed. Require the selected number and the applicable speed-specific duty points.

HTF-III and HTF-IV: mixed-flow arrangement

The catalogue describes the medium-pressure group with a mixed-flow impeller, identifying III as single-speed and IV as two-speed. These labels have their own stated meaning here; they should not be borrowed from another manufacturer’s HTFC classification.

Keep airflow and pressure paired

The HTF-I performance table lists five recommended operating points per number. For No. 3.5, the image shows 6,122 m³/h paired with 205 Pa and 3,500 m³/h paired with 552 Pa. They are points on the same published selection table, not two independent maxima that can be combined into 6,122 m³/h at 552 Pa. The row gives 2,900 rpm and a 1.1 kW motor entry. (Source 2.)

The catalogue text says its selection tables use standard conditions, but the first image does not define the full density and ambient basis. It also describes a full-pressure tolerance at rated airflow. Those statements should travel with the supplier’s selected curve and its conditions; they do not convert the table into an independently witnessed test. Numerical sound and mass entries in the table likewise belong to the specified row, rather than the whole HTF range.

  1. State a paired duty

Provide required airflow and total pressure together, plus the air condition and intended normal-ventilation or smoke-exhaust duty. Do not quote the two largest values found in separate catalogue cells.

  2. Select the variant and number

Ask Dashun to return the complete designation, proposed speed or speeds, motor information and the marked operating point on the applicable curve.

  3. Match the arrangement drawing

The source distinguishes horizontal and roof installation and mentions direct duct or wall mounting. Obtain the actual connection dimensions, support requirements and service clearances for the chosen arrangement.

Original HTF-I-16 certificate is readable; current issuer status remains separate

The original HTF catalogue states operation for more than 60 minutes at 300°C and separately 20 hours per run at 100°C, with a dated 1999 standard reference. These are supplier statements, not a full current high-temperature test report.

The actual HTF-I-16A original certificate was successfully read in the 11 October review. It names Shaoxing Shangyu Dashun Ventilation Equipment Co., Ltd., certificate Z2024081814003216, and lists HTF-I-16A as main type with HTF-I-16B/C/D/E. Printed issue and expiry are 8 November 2024 and 7 November 2029; it cites XF211-2009. The issuer-site attempt timed out, so current status has not been independently verified.

Original image evidence

Named company, certificate number, five HTF-I-16 suffixes and printed dates are readable in the actual document.

Read the source

Order-specific verification

Match current issuer status and the full report to the offered model/configuration and required duty; do not extend this certificate to all I–IV/D/W/X catalogue forms.

Catalogue breadth is not corrosive-service suitability

The company lists glass-fibre-reinforced-plastic centrifugal, axial and roof fans as well as other ventilation equipment, and names chemical, pharmaceutical and food-processing industries among its applications. That breadth does not establish that the HTF smoke-exhaust unit uses the same materials or is suitable for corrosive, hygienic or explosive atmospheres. (Source 1.)

For those applications, identify the proposed fan’s actual casing and impeller material, the handled-air composition and any required protective design. Keep a smoke-exhaust enquiry separate from a request for an FRP process fan unless the supplier explicitly selects and documents a unit for both requirements. No independent company or current model-certification record was verified in the authoritative-source search for this manuscript. That remains a research gap, not a negative certification finding.
