01 / COMPANY
What this manufacturer offers
The GNEAIR brand’s official introduction identifies 北京格瑞得暖通设备有限公司 as its company and describes a 1997 establishment and a business combining research, manufacture, installation and service. The current contact page gives Room 301 on the third floor within Floors 1–3, Building 4, 22 Tengren Road, Shunyi, Beijing.
Its current product navigation separates independent humidification systems, central humidification systems, humidification sections and wall-mounted systems. That distinction matters: the reviewed ProductsStd_174 page is now an independent-space family with GN-F900E and GN-F1700E in its parameter image, rather than the central ducted category previously attributed to it.
An original October 2024 national-standard revision explanatory document lists the exact company among participants. That is a specific documented standards-development role, not a certificate for these two units or verification of the website’s broad health, energy or customer claims.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW
Evaluate Geruide’s humidification offering around the actual air and water system
Select the system type before selecting a supplier package
The current official catalogue separates systems that serve independent spaces from central ducted integration, humidification sections and wall-mounted products. Product174 describes installation alongside a fan coil, independent humidity control and an EC fan with five settings. Its installation graphic shows bottom- or rear-return arrangements.
A unit that fits beside a fan coil is not necessarily selected for the external static pressure, duct network or duty of a central system. Explain the project’s airflow route, room layout, supply/return positions and moisture load. Ask which specific family and configuration the supplier proposes and why.
Independent-space system
Review its own fan, room circulation, water/drain connections, service opening and local humidity control.
Obtain a separate selection for the actual duct/fan system and pressure/airflow conditions; do not transfer item174 figures.
Humidification section or wall-mounted unit
Define the host air system or installation interface; require that product’s own rating and maintenance scope.
The actual parameter table gives two different selections
GN-F900E is listed at 900 mL/h, 138 m³/h, 32 W and 220 V, with a supplier area recommendation of ≤45 m². GN-F1700E is listed at 1700 mL/h, 300 m³/h, 45 W and 220 V, with ≤90 m². The dimensional, return/outlet and listed-noise values also differ. These are published supplier data, without a reviewed humidity-output test condition or acoustic report.
Use the figures to prepare a comparison, not to guarantee a room’s humidity. Confirm entering-air temperature/humidity, target humidity, ventilation/infiltration, fan speed and any relevant airflow resistance. A room area alone cannot determine the water addition required or guarantee uniform distribution.
Standards participation is documented within a limited historical scope
The original national-platform PDF is titled the GB/T 29736 Air-conditioning Equipment Humidifiers revision compilation explanation and is dated October 2024. Its participant table names 北京格瑞得暖通设备有限公司. The work-allocation table also includes the company in several microbiological/antibacterial/mould-related appendices.
The document is a revision explanation under plan 20231026-T-333, not an issued model test report. It discusses test methodology and uses other sample identifiers; those examples are not GN-F900E or GN-F1700E results. This review does not establish the present final standard/version or claim that either unit passed it.
Verified historical role
Exact company named in the October2024 revision explanation and work-allocation tables.
Request the applicable current model reports, test conditions and product documents; participation does not certify the offered unit.
Treat roller, UV-C and silver-ion statements as configuration and evidence questions
The actual product graphics describe cold evaporation through a roller, UV-C and silver-ion features, negative ions and several air-quality benefits. They also claim no mist/white powder/condensation and show a product-insurance emblem. No reviewed report establishes removal/sterilisation effectiveness, a maintenance-free water system or the active insurance policy’s scope.
Ask what is actually installed in the proposed model and how the water path, roller and optional treatment parts are inspected, cleaned and replaced. Obtain the relevant test basis if an air-quality feature is essential. Do not turn the graphics into medical benefits, a zero-contamination guarantee or unrestricted compensation coverage.
Approve the ceiling, water and drain interfaces before finishes
The installation image calls for a 20 mm PPR water-supply line and a 25 mm PPR drain line; its no-duct wording does not mean no plumbing. The family table identifies left-side service orientation and different cabinet/opening dimensions for the two models. A shared fan-coil access hatch still needs to allow removal and maintenance of the actual humidifier.
Request the selected dimensioned drawing, water pressure/quality requirements, isolation, drain routing and overflow/leak shutoff behaviour. Confirm access for roller/tank cleaning and component replacement. Do not assume a rendered three-layer leak-protection headline defines the sensors, interlocks or commissioning checks.
Define the service deliverable and the measured commissioning target
The official service-support text offers design, development and customised large equipment for major projects. It does not establish a numerical response time, overseas network or warranty duration for this independent family. The case index distinguishes residential and commercial applications, but its general case titles are not an independent humidity-performance acceptance record for these two models.
Agree who installs the water/drain/electrical services, sets the control target, measures room performance and maintains the system. Require the operating/cleaning schedule, available consumables/spares and written warranty terms.
Freeze the room/system brief
Provide moisture load, air path, target humidity and installation constraints, then approve one family/model.
Approve interfaces and controls
Check openings/clearances, water/drain details, sensors, shutdown/interlocks and cleaning access.
Commission and hand over
Record performance at agreed conditions, confirm alarm/drain functions and hand over maintenance, spare-parts and warranty responsibilities.
