Company limits and a selected blower
Guandai's introduction gives power, diameter, pressure and temperature figures for its whole fan offer. The light-duty page has no selection record that brings those limits together in one machine, so each quoted blower needs its own operating envelope.
Company-wide range

Guandai describes a turbo blower as a centrifugal machine with impeller, diffuser and volute. The page then covers alignment, corrosion inspection, dynamic balancing and vibration monitoring, and mentions a 2120 data collector. Ask whether the quoted light-duty machine uses the same bearings, drive and monitoring equipment.
The page gives a percentage for faults caused by misalignment with no study behind it, and suggests nitrogen preservation in storage. Ask for the operation and maintenance manual of the selected machine and Guandai's own commissioning requirements, and follow those.
For vibration, agree the coupling between motor and blower, the mounting foundation, the bearing system, the measuring points and the acceptance limits for the configuration you are buying.
Custom process fans: state the gas first
Guandai designs custom heavy industrial fans for process and commercial duties. A boiler or dust-extraction enquiry differs from an HVAC ventilation request, and the light-duty blower's materials and temperature limits are not on its page.
Describe the process stream
Give gas composition, temperature, density basis and any dust or corrosive content, and say whether the fan moves clean air or process gas.
Attach the drawing, performance documents and vibration and commissioning basis to the quote. Name who installs, aligns and commissions the machine at your site.

The 14-page Fengxian high-tech-enterprise certificate collection list names Shanghai Guandai on page 5, row 100, with certificate GR202431003885 in the 2024 second batch. A Fengxian Health Commission notice records a warning issued to the company.
High-tech enterprise recognition
The exact company name and GR202431003885 appear on the government-hosted list. It is a company recognition and sits apart from product conformity or a duty rating.
A warning dated 25 December 2024, decision 奉第2120244615号, for failing to guide and supervise workers' personal occupational-disease protection. The notice says nothing about later remediation or blower performance; ask Guandai how it was resolved.
Guandai offers custom-designed industrial fans, a broad family catalogue and a dated high-tech recognition. A light-duty blower order still needs a selection, and factory capacity is best seen in person.
Ask for a current model sheet and curve, an arrangement drawing, the operation and maintenance manual and a clear supply and commissioning boundary. If the company's recognition or working conditions matter to you, check their present state. Guandai mentions overseas markets; ask about local service staff, spare parts and response times in your country.
Confirm in writing before ordering
Get Guandai's written confirmation of: the blower model and its curve at your gas conditions; speed, absorbed power and motor; materials and temperature limit; bearing, coupling and vibration acceptance values; the operation and maintenance manual; who commissions the machine; and how the December 2024 warning was closed.
