What this manufacturer offers

Weifang Aoming HVAC Equipment Co., Ltd. presents O-MING as a thermal-system and industrial-control supplier. The official introduction says the company was established in Weifang in 2008 and covers heat-exchange packages, heat exchangers, water-supply and water-treatment equipment. Its site gives a contact address at the western end of Lanxiang Street, Nianlibao Subdistrict, Kuiwen District, Weifang. The establishment year is company-published rather than independently confirmed in a registry record.

Two technical publications explain different purchase boundaries. OMBR is a dismantlable plate exchanger built from pressed plates, gaskets, a frame and clamping bolts. OMGH is a heating package whose description includes primary heat-source flow control, secondary circulation and pressure-maintenance control. A bare OMBR selection therefore does not imply the pumps, sensors and controls described for OMGH.

The wider catalogue includes shell-and-tube, spiral-wound and volumetric exchangers, direct-connected heating units, water-supply devices and an APV-labelled product section. Those catalogue categories show the site's range; they do not establish a particular APV dealership or a single orderable configuration across all constructions.

Aoming: separate the exchanger core from the heating package

Choose the purchase boundary first

The company has both exchanger components and assembled thermal systems. The two reviewed technical articles explain the practical difference. (Sources 2 and 3.)

OMBR: the heat-transfer core

Alternating channels distribute the two fluids on opposite sides of the plates. The frame and bolts compress the plate-and-gasket pack. Select its thermal duty, allowable pressure loss, materials and connection arrangement separately from plant pumps or automation.

OMGH: a controlled heating package

The publication describes a primary-side electric regulating valve, secondary circulation-pump inverter and pressure-maintenance functions. Ask which components, instruments and control sequence are actually included in the quoted package.

How OMBR's serviceable plate pack changes the enquiry

The OMBR description explains that four corner ports form distribution and collection passages while the two media remain in separate plate channels. It also says plate elements and flow passes can be adjusted to suit a process. That is a configurable family, rather than a single capacity implied by the OMBR name. (Source 2.)

The removable arrangement provides access for opening and cleaning, and the text describes replaceable gaskets. Ask for the selected pack's compression dimension, opening clearance and plate/gasket replacement identification. Installation space needs to accommodate maintenance as well as the assembled exchanger footprint.

The source lists stainless-steel and titanium-alloy plates without specifying grades or matching them to particular fluids. The actual selection should identify fluid composition, temperatures, pressure limits and the chosen plate and gasket materials. A broad statement about corrosive media does not establish compatibility for a specific process.

The article's claim about leak paths in the sealing groove explains an intended arrangement; it is not a guarantee that cross-contamination can never occur. For an application where separation is critical, obtain the actual selected sealing construction and its inspection/test basis.

OMGH divides control into three plant functions

The 18 March 2019 OMGH article describes how sensors and actuators relate to each circuit. The following cards reflect those actual functions; they are not a commissioning sequence or a controls design supplied by this platform. (Source 3.)

Primary heat-source flow

Secondary supply-water temperature and outdoor-temperature signals are used to command the primary electric regulating valve, matching heat supply to load. Confirm the proposed valve and actuator, control characteristic and sensor locations.

Read the source

Secondary circulation

A supply/return pressure difference or temperature difference is used to control circulation-pump inverter operation. State which basis is selected, together with the required setpoint, pump arrangement and minimum operating limits.

Read the source

Make-up and system pressure

One described arrangement switches the make-up pump at upper/lower pressure limits using a pressure vessel; another uses a secondary-return pressure signal to vary pump speed. These are alternatives to resolve in the package schedule.

Performance statements need the missing rating conditions

The OMBR publication prints a heat-transfer-coefficient figure of 3000–4000 using the source's unit string “kacl/㎡·℃·h”. The unusual spelling has not been silently corrected or converted. No stated fluid pair, temperatures, flow rates, fouling allowance or calculation report accompanies that figure. It is a published family-level claim, not the rating of a selected plate pack. (Source 2.)

Similarly, claims of several times a shell-and-tube exchanger's efficiency, small footprint, low resistance and long life are qualitative supplier comparisons without a defined reference design. Request a duty-specific selection showing the thermal balance and both circuits' pressure losses. It should link the proposed plate arrangement and materials to the drawing.

OMGH's text describes energy saving as a design objective and describes the control architecture, but supplies no measured energy saving or fixed percentage. Compare offers on the proposed operating conditions and included control functions rather than treating a general saving statement as a project result. (Source 3.)

What is established about the company and its applications

The homepage lists heating work at Lunan Shipping Centre and Wanji Group, a hot-water system for Weifang People's Hospital and an intelligent heat-exchange package for Rizhao City Exhibition Hall. They remain supplier-listed references: independent contracts, supplied models and acceptance records were not obtained in this review. (Source 4.)

The company introduction says it has passed relevant authoritative certifications and uses lifecycle traceability, without identifying the certificate issuer, number or scope. No exact matched government or certification-platform company record was verified by this manuscript's external search. A dated certificate or example traceability record would therefore be additional evidence, not an existing verified approval. (Source 1.)

For an initial discussion, Aoming's strongest published detail is the OMBR removable construction and OMGH circuit/control description. Use those distinctions to request the correct component or package, then compare a current selection and included equipment list. The 2019 publication dates make a current revision especially useful for confirming today's materials and controls.
