What this manufacturer offers

Zhejiang Qili HVAC Equipment Co., Ltd. publishes a ventilation catalogue from Shangpu Industrial Park, Shangyu District, Shaoxing. The company says it was established in 2007 and designs/manufactures fans, smoke-control and fire dampers, silencers and static-pressure boxes. It displays hydraulic-press, laser-cutting and levelling equipment under its production section. Published figures of 6000 m² site area, more than 30 staff and 1500 tonnes annual output are supplier statements without a dated independent capacity audit.

Qili's centrifugal catalogue explains more than a family name. The HTFC uses a forward-curved multiblade wheel, while the KDF/HTFC-V section describes backward-curved blades. Both discuss external- and internal-motor arrangements, and the HTFC text separately defines single- and two-speed types. Those choices should be resolved individually instead of being combined into one unspecified “cabinet fan”.

An official certificate image also identifies a limited HTFC-II model group. It provides a document number and dates, but its current issuer status was not independently verified. This profile connects the configuration information to that specific document scope, without treating every catalogue option as certified.

Qili: a cabinet-fan catalogue with meaningful configuration choices

Wheel and installation form: three distinct catalogue routes

The full centrifugal catalogue contains separate descriptions for HTFC, KDF/HTFC-V and GDF. The following distinctions come from those descriptions, rather than assumptions based on a similar model prefix. (Sources 2 and 3.)

HTFC: forward-curved cabinet fan

The source describes a low-noise forward-curved multiblade wheel and a sound-treated cabinet. It names 13 sizes, numbered 9–40, and supplies family-level flow/pressure ranges. The actual duty still requires a selected curve.

Read the source

KDF / HTFC-V: backward-curved assembly

The section names backward-curved blades and a KDF fan assembly inside HTFC-V. Its stated KDF envelope is 1000–300000 m³/h and 280–2300 Pa across sizes 2.5–16; that is not the HTFC envelope or a single paired duty.

Read the source

GDF: horizontal duct connection

The GDF text describes a forward-curved wheel, single-side intake and square horizontal inlet/outlet connections. It distinguishes ordinary and sound-treated versions and lists some 220 V single-phase models alongside 380 V three-phase supply.

Read the source

A/B and I–IV describe different decisions

For Qili's HTFC, A/B identifies motor placement: outside or inside the cabinet. The source assigns the external arrangement to smoke extraction and the internal arrangement to ventilation. I/III versus II/IV identifies the published speed grouping. An A arrangement is therefore not itself evidence of a two-speed motor, and a II designation does not alone specify the cabinet's motor placement. (Source 2.)

The manufacturer also describes variable-frequency motors and controllers, recommending a frequency band of 25–50 Hz. That recommendation is not automatically applicable to every selected motor or fire-operating mode. Request the actual motor/controller documentation and mode arrangement rather than combining the options from the catalogue.

Twelve inlet/outlet angular positions are described, making a selected arrangement drawing important. Mark the required connection direction, maintenance side and motor access. Confirm the complete model designation and its duty at each required speed before the quotation is treated as technically comparable.

Accessories change both resistance and physical space

The HTFC standard list includes wheel, casing, motor, bearing, shaft, belt/pulleys, sound-treated cabinet, adjustment rails and inlet/outlet flanges, with a belt guard specifically associated with A. The optional list includes vibration equipment, silencer, filter, control box, mating flanges and an A-type motor rain cover. They are not all included in a base offer. (Source 2.)

Filtering adds a pressure-loss decision

The source lists primary, intermediate and high-efficiency filter options and explicitly says pressure loss must be considered and cabinet length increased as needed. Obtain the actual clean/loaded resistance basis and updated dimensions for the selected filter.

Silencing adds a space and acoustic decision

Different silencer lengths or thicker sound-treated cabinets are described. Ask for the selected arrangement and acoustic basis; the catalogue's low-noise language does not supply a numerical sound result for the complete assembly.

Read the displayed certificate at model level

The official-site image is a fire-product certificate naming Zhejiang Qili as applicant, producer and production enterprise. It identifies centrifugal smoke-extraction fans and certification unit HTFC-II-30(33/11). The listed coverage includes HTFC-II-30(33/11), HTFC-II-30(24/8.5), HTFC-II-28(33/11), HTFC-II-28(24/8.5) and HTFC-II-25(24/8.5). The slash values are retained as model suffixes; their physical meaning is not invented. (Source 4.)

The image cites XF 211-2009 and certification rule CCCF-CPRZ-19:2019. It bears certificate number Z2017081814002868, a first-issue date of 1 August 2019, replacement date of 3 July 2024 and printed expiry of 2 July 2029. These are readable document entries, not an independent confirmation of current status.

The product article separately cites GA211-1999 in its historical high-temperature test statement and claims operation at 300°C for 60 minutes. The displayed newer certificate and the old article reference are separate documents. Neither has been extended to every size, variable-frequency option, explosion-proof variant, filter configuration or different family. Obtain current issuer verification and the report matching the exact order.

The issuer's public information site could not be retrieved during this review, and exact certificate-number searches did not establish a live record. Government tender-document search candidates were also excluded as project-supply evidence because the complete relevant brand entries could not be verified. An acceptable-brand list would in any event be different from an awarded or accepted supply contract.

Service terms are specific, but destination scope still matters

Qili's service page states a fan warranty of 12 months after successful commissioning for manufacturing-quality problems, and describes free repair/maintenance during that period. It also says technicians arrive within 12 hours after notice of a fault. These are the supplier's published terms; the page does not define overseas travel coverage or a response measurement procedure. Confirm the territory, exclusions and agreed times in the contract. (Source 5.)

  1. Before handover: obtain the equipment documents

The service text calls for technical files, use/maintenance instructions and a product-conformity certificate after manufacture. Request the model-specific drawing and operating instructions with the actual configuration.

    Read the source
  2. At operation: establish training and records

The page describes operator training and a user file including manufacturing, installation and service records. Agree what documentation and training are delivered at the actual project location.

    Read the source
  3. During service: agree the warranty boundary

The printed 12-month period runs from successful commissioning and concerns manufacturing-quality faults. Clarify the acceptance date, included visits/parts and destination coverage before relying on the separate 12-hour arrival statement.
