江苏荣邦机械制造有限公司 (Rongbang) makes railway HVAC equipment, air purifiers, air-conditioning fans and precision sheet-metal parts. It also builds electrical cabinets, energy-storage equipment and marine fabrications. The contact page gives No. 1 Fumin Road, Yifeng, Yandu, Yancheng, while the certificates give No. 1 Fumin Road in Dazonghu. Ask Rongbang to state the address of the plant that will build your order.
A Yandu government report dated 27 February 2024 describes Rongbang making air-conditioner housings for Ningbo Line 8, Guangzhou Line 11 and Beijing Line 13, quoting a workshop manager. A planning notice of 1 July 2026 names the company's production building for energy-storage containers. The rail centrifugal fan in the catalogue has a photograph and no data, so ask for the model, curve and test report of the fan you are buying.

Rongbang rail HVAC: fans, housings, certificates and how to order
Fan, housing or complete unit
Rongbang's catalogue separates rail HVAC equipment, fans, purifiers and precision sheet metal. The centrifugal-fan listing gives a name and an image. Ask which parts Rongbang designs, makes, buys in and integrates, and which controlled drawing and revision covers the offered assembly. The metro housing work shows sheet-metal capability; refrigeration-system design needs its own references.
For a fan, settle the impeller, casing, motor, mounting and inlet and outlet connections. For sheet metal, specify material, tolerances, welding, coating and dimensional inspection. For a complete rail HVAC unit, assign refrigeration, filtration, drainage, electrical and control work and installation separately.
Fan assembly
Exact model, performance curve, motor and control selection, and mounting and interface drawings.
Precision fabrication
Material, joints, tolerances, finish and inspection records against a controlled drawing.
Integrated vehicle unit
System duties and electrical, mechanical, drainage and control interfaces, with acceptance on the vehicle.
Workshop equipment and the inspection plan
Rongbang lists laser cutting, turret punching, shearing, bending, spot, suspended and argon-arc welding, a fan wind-tunnel laboratory and impeller dynamic-balancing equipment. The 2024 government report mentions the laser cutting equipment and the housing orders then in production.
Ask for the inspection and test plan for your order. It should cover incoming material traceability, controlled fabrication, weld inspection where relevant, dimensional checks, coating, balancing and the selected fan's performance test. Request calibration records and the test conditions, and ask whether the wind tunnel holds any laboratory accreditation.
EN15085 and ISO 9001 certificates
The EN15085 certificate names Rongbang for welding of railway vehicles and components under EN15085-2:2020+A2:2025, class CL1, activities D/P. It runs from 8 January 2026 to 7 January 2028 and refers to an annex for the certified range. Ask for the annex and confirm status with the issuer if your contract depends on welding. CL1 is a welding class; aerodynamic, fire and shock performance need their own tests.
The quality certificate is ISO9001:2015 / GB/T19001-2016, recertified on 4 December 2025 and printed to expire on 26 December 2028. Its scope covers design, production and sales of railway HVAC ventilation fans and production and sales of sheet metal, with a branch annex. This replaces the ISO9001:2008 wording in the older profile.
EN15085 welding certificate
CL1, D/P scope, 2026–2028. Request the annex and issuer confirmation for your contract.
Tell Rongbang where the equipment mounts, the vibration and shock duty, ambient temperature, contamination, moisture and the corrosion protection required. Agree the electrical, fire and smoke and environmental requirements of the vehicle project with the vehicle integrator. The fan listing publishes no operating envelope.
Ask for test results on the actual assembly and mounting arrangement. Check that the test covered the delivered motor, bearings, wiring, fasteners, coating and anti-vibration mounts. Results from a similar impeller or another train project belong to that product.
Service access and change control
A rail fan has to fit the installed air path and stay maintainable. Check motor and bearing access, the removal route, connector reach, lifting points, guards and spare-part interchangeability. Approve drawing revisions and a change-control procedure, so a substitute motor or impeller cannot alter performance without review.
The contact page gives management and marketing phone numbers and no email address. The website sets no warranty period, lead time or overseas repair offer. Put spares, response and acceptance milestones into the contract.
Building the enquiry
Rongbang publishes a registered-capital figure; your delivery protection comes from contract terms and milestones. Start with the technical package and the contracting entity.
Define the assembly
Vehicle and project, airflow and pressure duty, mounting envelope, electrical and control and environmental requirements.
Review the documents
Exact-model curves, inspection and test reports, and the welding and quality annexes with issuer status.
Release and hand over
Drawing and revision control, first-article and delivery inspection, installed tests, maintenance manuals, spares and the signed warranty.
Confirm in writing before ordering Rongbang equipment
Ask Rongbang to confirm: the plant address and the entity that signs; the fan model, performance curve, motor and electrical rating; the EN15085 annex range and issuer status; which tests the wind tunnel runs and under what accreditation; vibration, shock and fire test results on the delivered assembly; and warranty, spares and change-control terms.
