What this manufacturer offers

Beijing Sunjet, legally 北京上佳蓝基制冷设备有限公司, is a manufacturing lead for custom fin-and-tube heat exchangers. The CRM record gives 13 December 2002 as the legal entity’s establishment and declares refrigeration/air-conditioning manufacture. The official English overview says the business began in 1989, but no reviewed document explains that earlier history or predecessor. Those dates remain separate rather than being combined into an unsupported company age.

Its current official site places the factory in Nangong’s East Development Zone, Hebei, while the preserved legal registration is in Beijing’s Daxing district. Four original coil-pattern sheets name the same Beijing legal entity and give concrete tooling, fin and end-plate options. Original process and coil photographs add fabrication context. The displayed ISO 9001:2000 document expired in 2009; broad current compliance and UL wording therefore need fresh, exact-scope verification before procurement.

Match Sunjet’s custom-coil process to the ordered thermal design

Resolve the manufacturing and historical identities

Match quotations, drawings and shipping/quality documents to the actual contracting and manufacturing party. Official tooling sheets and the Chinese site footer name the Beijing company, while current contact identifies a Nangong factory. Obtain the current operating entity and order-production location in writing.

The website’s 1989 history differs from the CRM’s 2002 registration. No reviewed predecessor record explains it. The industry platform’s Beijing address adds dated/commercial context rather than proving the present Hebei workshop or a specific relocation date.

Use the original drawings as manufacturing questions

The four original sheets define tube diameters, transverse/longitudinal pitch alternatives, fin spacing and end-plate construction. They are concrete supplier tooling evidence, not a current thermal performance table. Ask which pattern, material, tube wall and circuit the supplier will use for the actual coil.

Several options are diameter-specific: the 15.88 mm sheet names smooth copper tube with 0.5/0.75 mm wall choices, while smaller sheets include other tube/material alternatives. Do not transfer every option across the entire catalogue or assert that a pictured coil uses one particular pattern.

Explain what the original fabrication images establish

Three original equipment images show copper-tube feeding/working equipment and larger workshop machinery; the original product montage shows multiple finned-coil configurations. These are supplier-presented fabrication evidence, not an independently observed inventory or verified capacity record. Dates, current ownership and throughput are unknown.

For an OEM order, request the actual process flow, material traceability, tube/fin joining or expansion, cleanliness, pressure/leak testing and dimensional inspection records. A tooling drawing or machine photograph does not demonstrate duty, pressure approval or installed performance.

Require current quality and exact component scope

The readable ISO image applies to production/service of heating-exchanger and fan-coil products under ISO 9001:2000, with validity ending 14 September 2009. It is historical evidence only. Ask for current quality-system certification and issuer verification before describing the company as presently certified.

A small framed UL document is also displayed, but its exact file, model and date were not reliably readable at original resolution and current status was not checked. Do not turn it into a whole-catalogue approval. Request the exact current component listing and scope for the ordered material/design.

Approve the complete custom-coil selection

Provide the fluid/refrigerant, entering air and fluid conditions, duty/flow, allowable pressure loss, corrosion environment, space and connection constraints. Obtain a current thermal selection, circuit/BOM, drawing and agreed acceptance file rather than selecting an unlabeled numbered photo.

The industry listing names additional fan/fan-coil products, but no current official selected-unit schedule was established; those are not expanded into new product pages. Current price, lead time and independent delivered results remain unknown. Company-domain contact found in the original official image is retained privately in CRM.

  1. Match manufacturing responsibility

Confirm legal history, current Nangong production and contracting party.

  2. Select the actual coil

Approve tooling/material/circuit and conditioned thermal/hydraulic data.

  3. Verify current documents

Obtain exact quality/component scope and order-test records.
