What this manufacturer offers

Guangdong Takamura Air Conditioning describes a Hong Kong-invested business established in mainland China in 1993 by Bitr Industrial (Hong Kong). Its company account says the Guangzhou entity was renamed Guangdong Takamura in 2012 and moved to a Taishan production base in mid-2013. The current site names 广东高村空调制造有限公司 and gives 70 Longshan Road, Taicheng, Taishan as the contact address.

The range includes central HVAC main units, air-handling and fan-coil equipment, heat recovery and special-purpose cooling. For a concrete review, the TS-C-UNI listing publishes an integrated evaporatively cooled family spanning 150–1201.5 kW, alongside water flow and chilled-water temperatures. These are useful family facts, while selection and inspection still need an identified model.

This profile combines the manufacturer’s history, production-equipment labels and service terms with an original 2018 patent-application publication. The historical application supports a specific recorded R&D activity and applicant/address; it is not a current patent-status opinion, factory audit or performance certificate for this chiller.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Connect the factory review to the selected package and its test conditions

Do not add old and new factory areas together

The official history describes a site of more than 30,000 m² in Zengcheng in 2000, then a Taishan production base of more than 50,000 m² in 2012 and relocation in 2013. These are different locations and time points. They are not combined here into an 80,000 m² current capacity claim.

For an order, confirm the current production location, line and test responsibility. The history’s references to engineers and national sales/service offices are manufacturer statements without a current staffing or destination-service schedule in the reviewed page. Ask for the technical and service contacts assigned to the actual project.

Production-equipment labels are a starting point for a test plan

The official equipment page labels laser machinery, CNC machine tools, bending equipment, copper-tube cutting and expansion equipment. It also labels “large chiller testing” and a test-centre control room. Those published facility references are relevant to fabrication and inspection, but they do not establish accredited scope, calibrated measurement uncertainty, current throughput or a completed TS-C-UNI test.

Request the selected model’s manufacturing/inspection route, test method and conditions, instrument traceability and the report tied to the delivered serial number. If a witnessed acceptance test is required, agree the setup, measurement boundary and witness points before production. A facility photograph or label is not a substitute for that record.

Fabrication and assembly evidence

Obtain the approved configuration/drawing, component traceability and inspection schedule. The public machinery list does not define an order’s material or process quality.

Rating and functional test evidence

Match capacity/input and water conditions to the model; agree checks for controls, protection and interfaces, with traceable results.

Factory and site responsibility

Identify which checks occur before shipment and which are completed after installation, and who resolves nonconforming results.

The integrated-chiller offer has a distinct site-service boundary

TS-C-UNI is described as combining condenser, cooling tower, pump and tank, with a hydraulic module. The range gives 150–1201.5 kW, 24–206 m³/h and 12→7°C chilled water. It does not publish a model-by-model pairing, ambient rating condition, input power or complete parts schedule.

That integrated package is different from separately selecting the company’s fan coils, air handlers or other water/air-cooled units. Its rooftop and energy-saving wording must be checked against the project’s structural, weather, water and measurement requirements. Do not inherit the heat-pump, heat-recovery or variable-frequency screw features of related products without the selected model’s documentation.

TS-C-UNI package enquiry

Request the selected model, boundary drawing, design-condition performance, water/electrical services, controls and maintenance access.

Other portfolio equipment

Treat air-handling, fan-coil and other main-unit selections as separate technical schedules. A broad manufacturer range is not a bundled system bill of materials.

An original application publication confirms a limited historical record

The original CN108954707A cover identifies 广东高村空调制造有限公司 as applicant at the Taishan Longshan Road address, gives application number 201810642591.0, filing date 21 June 2018 and publication date 7 December 2018. Its title concerns a central-air-conditioning ventilation method/system; the abstract describes controlling ventilation using a user’s location/distance.

This is a published patent application. It is not treated as a granted current right, a legal-status conclusion or evidence that the TS-C-UNI series includes that control technology. It supports the specific historical applicant and subject record, rather than a blanket claim about all company products. Original government SME/high-tech attachments located during research did not yield accessible full documents; their search extracts are not promoted into verified current recognition.

Warranty starts at shipment in the public service terms

The service publication says products are inspected before leaving the factory and supplied with a conformity certificate and user instructions. It offers training and maintenance materials, and describes a 12-month quality guarantee from the ex-factory date, with free repair for qualifying quality issues excluding misuse. Continuing service and spare parts are described beyond that period.

The same page says reported problems will be handled within 12 hours. It does not specify an on-site repair-completion guarantee at every location. For a long shipping or installation period, confirm the warranty start/end, commissioning arrangements, destination support and handling of water-management or installation issues in the contract.

  1. Before shipment

Confirm approved documents, conformity/inspection records, serial identification and the date that starts the stated warranty.

  2. At commissioning

Identify training, maintenance instructions, acceptance responsibilities and any effects of delayed installation on coverage.

  3. During operation

Agree the service party, escalation, spares and site-specific response arrangement. The public 12-hour handling statement is not a universal repair deadline.
