What this manufacturer offers

Shanghai Yuanhe HVAC Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. publishes condensers, evaporators, general heat exchangers and radiator assemblies. Its Chinese and English introductions place establishment in 1996 and describe supplying heat exchangers to air-conditioning producers. The official address is No. 889 Yezhuang Highway, Chenhang Industrial Area, Zhuanghang Town, Fengxian, Shanghai. The founding date and named customer references are supplier statements, rather than independently audited history.

The site distinguishes fin shapes and shows an assembly/process graphic. Those pages provide more useful design evidence than the radiator gallery alone: the graphic identifies tube insertion and expansion, welded connections, water testing, nitrogen detection and degreasing/drying. The equipment page names fin-stamping, tube-expansion and tube-forming machines. These are published manufacturing descriptions; they do not prove the output or test result of an individual order.

Yuanhe's radiator gallery labels applications including chemical equipment, laundry drying, food machinery, hotel rooms/bathrooms and drying rooms. It does not provide an exact radiator model or thermal schedule, so the actual medium, materials and duty must define the selected assembly.

Yuanhe: select the fin, tube and application as one exchanger design

Fin forms are actual configuration choices

The fin-type image presents nine forms: straight, windowed, ripple, flat with a raised edge, sine-wave, single-direction wave, flat, bridge-opened and open-window forms. It also prints tube-diameter and spacing combinations, without a clearly stated dimension legend or unit in the image. Those numerical strings are not silently converted into a complete selected fin drawing. (Source 4.)

Flat and formed wave patterns

Flat, straight, ripple and sine-wave forms are visibly different patterns in the source graphic. Identify the exact fin profile, material, thickness and pitch on the proposed coil drawing; the gallery alone is not a numerical airflow or thermal comparison.

Read the source

Windowed and bridge-opened patterns

The same graphic includes opened and bridge-like fin features. Ask which illustrated form is actually selected and obtain its performance calculation at the proposed air condition and pressure-loss limit.

Material claim versus selected specification

The image says fin forms can be made in copper sheet and produced to customer requirements. It gives no selected alloy, thickness, coating or corrosion test. Those details belong in the actual order specification.

The process graphic supports specific document requests

Yuanhe's process image first shows a formed fin/plate, tubes passing through the fins and an expansion operation. It then illustrates welded tube/manifold joints, followed by water testing, nitrogen detection and degreasing/drying. The English caption beneath the tube-insertion picture differs from the Chinese stage label; this profile follows the visible operation and does not infer an unshown joining method. (Source 3.)

The graphic supports requesting the selected tube/fin geometry and joining details, along with a manufacturing inspection record. It does not identify whether every pictured operation applies to every radiator, condenser and evaporator construction. The supplier should map the process to the actual assembly being quoted.

For the water and nitrogen stages, obtain the test method, medium, pressure, duration, acceptance basis and traceable result for the selected exchanger. A photograph labelled testing is not a passed test record. For refrigeration service, also confirm the actual cleanliness and sealing requirements; the degreasing/drying label alone does not establish a measured residual condition.

Different applications need different thermal inputs

The radiator page contains assembly photographs labelled for chemical work, laundry drying, food machinery, hotel accommodation/bathrooms and drying rooms. These are intended applications rather than a model schedule or independently accepted installation. (Source 2.)

The radiator construction graphic was recovered on 11 October. It names water, steam and hot-oil services, tube/material/row choices and family maximum-use claims of 14 kilograms/cm² and 230°C. Those statements do not supply a model-specific pressure unit/basis, simultaneous allowable operating point or thermal selection. The independently written equipment brief separates the actual medium, air duty, mechanical limits and manufacturing evidence. (Source 7.)

Heating and drying radiator assembly

For the proposed radiator, identify the heating medium, inlet/outlet conditions and required air-side duty. The gallery supplies no steam or water pressure rating, exact model designation or dimensions for an orderable unit.

Refrigeration condenser or evaporator

The company separately lists condensers and evaporators. A radiator's application label does not settle refrigerant compatibility, circuiting or refrigeration operating conditions; request the appropriate selected coil documentation.

The machine catalogue adds manufacturing context

The equipment page names a Murata CNC machine, hydraulic swing-beam shear, YKC high-speed air-conditioning fin-stamping line, vertical tube expander, coil straightening/cutting machine, small-elbow former, AS CNC bending machine, exchanger bending machine and semi-automatic hairpin tube bender. It also lists compressed-air/drying equipment. These are manufacturer-presented machine categories, not a verified current inventory. (Source 5.)

The fin, tube and assembly choices should connect to the selected drawing and material schedule. Ask for the proposed fin pitch, tube size, number of rows, circuit arrangement, connections and overall envelope. Where access for cleaning or replacement matters, include the installation constraints in the drawing review.

No audited annual capacity, cycle time or staffed production shift has been established from these machine labels. Likewise, the company's named examples involving a survey ship, telecommunications, rail, a power station and pharmaceuticals remain supplier-listed references without verified supplied models or acceptance records. (Source 1.)

Quality claims and authority records have limited scopes

The English company introduction claims ISO9001 certification, but the reviewed introduction gives no certificate number, issuer, scope or current validity. A quality-system claim would in any event be different from a rated thermal performance or material approval for a selected coil. Request the identifiable current document if it is needed for the order. (Source 1.)

A Fengxian government cancellation list independently names the same legal company at row 224 on page 10. The entry concerns road-transport operating licence 沪奉310120012607. This is a transport-permit record, not company dissolution, an exchanger test or a manufacturing-certification decision. It is kept within that exact scope. No matched authoritative heat-exchanger certification record was independently established in this review. (Source 6.)

The profile's strongest technical evidence remains the manufacturer's illustrated fin/assembly operations and named equipment. A current thermal selection, material/connection drawing and order-specific inspection record would connect those published capabilities to the actual radiator or coil being purchased.
