What this manufacturer offers

杭州真心热能电器有限公司 presents heat-pump R&D, production, sales and installation, alongside domestic/commercial hot-water, pool, low-temperature heating and drying equipment. Its profile says the business originated in 1996. The Weihai Public Resources Trading Center’s actual enterprise entry separately records the named legal company’s establishment as 2 July 2002. These refer to different history/registration statements and are not collapsed into one verified incorporation date.

The official and public trading-centre pages both identify Heting Street No. 583 in Hangzhou’s Qingshanhu area. The public entry supplies unified credit code 91330185740541902H and business scope including heat pumps, dryers/accessories, HVAC installation and goods import/export. An enterprise information entry is useful identity evidence; it is not a drying-capacity, sanitary or energy-performance certification.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Evaluate Zhenxin as a drying-process supplier

Match the dryer construction to the material flow

The profile describes medicinal-material, centrifugal nut, modular fruit/vegetable and larger chamber dryers, conveyor-line, timber dehumidification and customised industrial equipment. Its 30–100 m³ fruit/vegetable chamber wording belongs to that wider catalogue, not an identified chamber size for the reviewed combined open/closed-loop machine. A shared heat-pump brand does not make these different processes interchangeable.

For a batch chamber, define loading mass, tray/rack arrangement, usable volume and cycle. For a conveyor process, define feed continuity and residence time. For timber or a sensitive food/medicinal material, define the actual moisture/temperature and quality limits with the responsible process specialist. Ask which unit, chamber and controls implement that task rather than selecting by a generic compressor-size label.

Require a trial that closes both moisture removal and product quality

The reviewed item describes constant-temperature/humidity control, dehumidification plus moisture exhaust, cooling and heat recovery. It does not publish a model-number schedule, water-removal rate, temperature envelope, electrical input or tested efficiency. “24-hour continuous drying” is a function/operation claim, not a guaranteed batch output, and “not affected by climate” is not an authenticated ambient operating envelope.

Run a representative material trial with initial/final moisture measured on the same basis, loading geometry, temperature/humidity history, drying duration and acceptable quality. Check uniformity across racks or conveyor positions, not only one sample. Measure energy across the complete agreed system, including circulation/exhaust fans, auxiliary heat and controls; a compressor COP alone cannot establish cost per batch.

Separate historical honours from current model evidence

Eight actual images on the first honour page were inspected. They include private credit/integrity awards, clean-heating brand/contribution honours, a historical high-technology enterprise certificate and a test-installation assessment certificate. These are different evidence classes. The high-technology certificate image prints 4 December 2019 and a three-year period; it cannot establish current status in this review.

The test-installation image concerns air-source heat-pump equipment testing and prints a period ending in October 2025. It is not a current certification of this drying unit’s water-removal performance or food-contact suitability. No active renewal was authenticated here. The supplier’s Zhejiang University technical-support/cooperation and four invention-patent application statements remain attributed unless the exact current counterpart, agreement or original record is supplied.

Clarify the engineering package and service boundary

The company profile offers site survey, solution design, installation guidance, construction management and after-sales support. The reviewed “Service Support” page itself centres on sales-network/recruitment wording and store/logo/business-card downloads, without a guaranteed response time or technical warranty schedule. Do not turn those navigation/download items into a promised field-service network.

Agree who provides chamber/panels, racks or conveyor, air ducts, dampers, condensate drainage, electrical supply, controls and any auxiliary heater. Confirm selected refrigerant/electrical and site requirements from a current unit sheet. For an export package, close local installation/commissioning responsibility and spares rather than assuming a domestic support statement includes overseas attendance.

Keep efficiency and procurement claims tied to test conditions

The product describes multiple heat-recovery technologies and improved economics without a measured COP, kWh/kg-water figure or comparison protocol. Request an agreed baseline and a test package using the same material, moisture endpoints, quality, loading, ambient and cycle boundaries. Savings against fuel-fired equipment cannot be borrowed from another dryer page or another operating case.

The public enterprise record lists registered capital, but registered capital is not liquid assets, operating turnover or a guarantee of order fulfilment. The reviewed official pages establish no universal MOQ, fixed price, lead time or warranty duration. Define milestones for design approval, material trial, factory inspection and site acceptance.

Prepare a material-led supplier enquiry

The official email is retained in the private CRM field and no message has been sent. Begin the enquiry with the product/process rather than a machine photograph.

  1. Define the process target

State material preparation, load, initial/final moisture basis, cycle, temperature limits and quality acceptance.

  2. Approve the selected system

Require unit/chamber layout, air and moisture paths, rated conditions, electrical/controls and trial evidence.

  3. Accept and hand over

Measure agreed output/uniformity and complete-system energy; close commissioning, recipes, maintenance/spares and written warranty.
