Batch chamber
Loading and unloading, rack positions, usable space, cycle time and even moisture across the load.
A heat-pump drying and dehumidification unit that switches between recirculating and exhausting air, chosen through a trial on the buyer's own material.

Zhenxin sells this unit as 恒温恒湿烘干除湿一体机(开闭环一体机), a constant-temperature and constant-humidity dryer that combines open-loop and closed-loop operation. One control system runs the air-source heat pump, ventilation, dehumidification and moisture exhaust, and the unit also offers cooling and several stages of heat recovery. It suits batch drying where the air can be recirculated and dried for part of the cycle and vented for another part.
The two product photos show a dark cabinet with a large coil and grille face, a fan on top and side panels. No model plate or figures appear, and the page's Performance Parameters heading has no table under it, so capacity, power, temperature limits, COP and chamber size come with the quotation. The page code 1202-663 is a web reference. To get an offer, send your material, starting and target moisture, batch size and site conditions, and ask Zhenxin to run a trial.
This is an equipment family; ask the manufacturer to select the model that matches your duty.
Swipe the table, or focus it and use arrow keys, to read the conditions and sources.
| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and sources |
|---|---|---|
| Product description | Combined open/closed-loop constant-temperature/humidity dryer | Zhenxin's name for the family; ask it to name the unit offered. Source |
| Functions listed | Heat pump, ventilation, dehumidification, moisture exhaust and cooling | Water removal rate, control accuracy and operating limits come with the selection. Source |
| What the photos show | Cabinet, coil/grille, top fan and side panels | Refrigerant, voltage, airflow, chamber connection and scope are given in the offer. Source |
| Data to request | Unit rating, air-path layout, electrical sheet and material-trial results | Ask for a current sheet for the selected system. Source |
First agree whether moisture is measured on a wet or a dry basis, and by which method. With wet-basis fractions x_initial and x_final and a starting mass M_initial, the dry solids stay constant, so M_final = M_initial × (1 − x_initial) / (1 − x_final). The water to remove is M_initial − M_final. This is your process balance; the dryer's rating has to meet it.
Record preparation, piece size and how the load is stacked, as well as mass. Batch mass or chamber volume alone does not set the evaporation load. Give Zhenxin the cycle time and quality limits you need, and judge the endpoint by sampling the product.
Zhenxin combines dehumidification with moisture exhaust and cooling but publishes no air or refrigeration diagram and no operating sequence. Ask how recirculated air is dried, where condensate drains, when moist air is vented, where fresh air enters and what switches the mode. The layout should show the heat-recovery path and every fan, damper and sensor included.
Outside temperature and humidity affect drying whenever fresh air is drawn in. Zhenxin describes the unit as working regardless of climate but gives no rated ambient range. Ask for operating limits and performance at your site's conditions.
Zhenxin gives no control tolerance, sensor position or loaded-chamber uniformity figure for its constant temperature and humidity control. Set the temperature and humidity stages, the highest allowed product temperature and the endpoint and quality tests with your process specialist. Each material needs its own recipe.
Approve the rack, tray or conveyor arrangement, loading density, air path and access. The air has to pass evenly through the load without bypassing it or leaving wet pockets. Trial samples should come from several positions and stages. Ask whether the offer adds circulation fans or airflow reversal beyond the fan on top of the unit.
Loading and unloading, rack positions, usable space, cycle time and even moisture across the load.
The conveyor or feed arrangement and how residence time is controlled; ask for the full line drawing.
Product temperature and quality limits, sensor and recipe control, and samples from across the load.
Zhenxin claims higher efficiency, multiple heat recovery and lower energy use, without a tested COP or specific energy figure. Measure electricity for the complete system: compressor, circulation and exhaust fans, controls and any back-up heater. Agree how start-up, standby, defrost or cooling and loading time are counted.
Compare kWh per batch or per kg of water removed only for the same material, moisture basis, load, duration and quality. A good heat-pump COP can still give a high kWh per kg of water if air handling is poor. Zhenxin also mentions 24-hour operation; the trial shows what output the selected unit actually reaches.
The photos give no dimensions, power supply, refrigerant, condensate outlet or chamber connection. Ask for a drawing of the selected unit with service clearances, weight and support needs, electrical current and protection, and the control sheet. List what the offer includes: chamber or panels, racks, ducts, sensors, dampers, drainage, back-up heater and installation.
Zhenxin builds several other dryer types, and its wider catalogue covers chambers of 30–100 m³; ask which applies to this unit. For food, herbs or other sensitive products, agree contact, cleaning and contamination rules for the machine. Zhenxin's honour certificates relate to the company; hygiene, water-removal duty and efficiency for your unit come from its own documents.
Zhenxin publishes no price, MOQ, lead time or warranty period. Tie payment and acceptance to a defined configuration and trial, so you receive a working process with recipes as well as a cabinet.
Send material and load, moisture method and endpoints, cycle, quality limits and site utilities and climate.
Record layout, recipe, temperature and humidity history, uniformity, water removed, cycle time and total energy.
Check air, drain and electrical connections, control and fault behaviour and a representative batch; receive recipes, cleaning and maintenance instructions, spares and the written warranty.
Before you order, ask Zhenxin to confirm in writing: the model and refrigerant; water removal per hour at stated air conditions; heating and cooling capacity and power input; the open-loop and closed-loop switching logic; temperature and humidity control range and accuracy; the ambient range it is rated for; chamber size and what is supplied with it; and the trial results on your material.
