What this manufacturer offers
Guangdong Reciye HVAC Technology Co., Ltd. presents air-source heat pumps, central air conditioning and fresh-air solutions from Foshan. The company introduction says it began in 2015 and describes design, production and service activities. Its official address is No. 17 Keyuan Third Road, Ronggui, Shunde High-Tech Zone, Foshan. The published catalogue separates split heating units, heating units, warm-air equipment, commercial heating, hot-water equipment and pool heat pumps.
The product labelled “32KW split air-source heating unit” has a separate parameter image identifying model RBDHN-32AFWN. That image supplies three heating-output/input-power pairs at printed temperature points, together with electrical, dimensional and control information. Reading the image changes the evidence: this is more than an unnamed 32 kW product label, although the title still differs from the 30 kW heating value printed at 7/45°C.
Reciye's heating-solution page also separates small-room warm-air heating from water-based heating with radiators, fan coils or underfloor distribution. The model selection needs to follow the actual terminal and outdoor condition, rather than a catalogue area recommendation alone.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW
Reciye: read the heating curve behind the 32 kW catalogue label
Three printed temperature points, three different outputs
The parameter image labels these pairs as heating output / rated power and prints the following temperature conditions. It does not define dry/wet-bulb air conditions, return-water temperature, water flow or the test standard. The values below are source transcriptions, not independently tested ratings. (Source 2.)
7/45°C: 30 / 10.68 kW
This is the first printed heating-output/power pair. The 30 kW value differs from the 32KW catalogue title; the image does not explain the discrepancy.
The catalogue label is not the design-temperature output
The actual parameter sheet is attached as an image rather than readable page text. It identifies RBDHN-32AFWN and lists the three condition-dependent pairs above. The earlier catalogue-only description that no model or rating conditions were published is superseded by this visual evidence. (Sources 2 and 3.)
Ask the manufacturer to reconcile the 32KW title with the 30 kW entry and provide a current selection at the project's outdoor and supply-water conditions. The printed temperature pairs alone do not define a complete test condition. A full selection should identify the air and water measurement basis, flow, defrost treatment and input-power scope.
The suggested 150–210 m² area does not state insulation, infiltration, indoor design temperature or heat loss per square metre. A building whose emitters require hotter water or whose outdoor design point is colder can have a different required duty. Use the building load and distribution requirements to choose the model; the area line cannot replace them.
Split equipment requires an installation drawing
The parameter image describes an indoor unit and an outdoor size marked ×2. It also lists externally mounted and vertical installation forms, wired control and Wi-Fi. Obtain the actual arrangement drawing and supplied-component schedule before treating these options as one fixed configuration. (Source 2.)
The reviewed sheet does not identify the refrigerant, interconnecting pipe specification or permissible run and elevation. It also leaves hydraulic flow, pressure losses, expansion provisions and freeze-protection sequence unstated. Those gaps matter to installing a split heating system and should be resolved in the model-specific documentation.
Although 220 V and 50 Hz are printed, the electrical sheet does not define the exact phase/supply arrangement, maximum current or required protections. Confirm these for the complete indoor/outdoor arrangement. The catalogue's rated-power entries should not be used alone to size the electrical circuit.
Match the equipment family to the heat-distribution system
The coal-to-electric heating solution publication is dated 26 February 2020. Its text separates a 15–30 m² room solution from a 40–500 m² building solution using existing radiators, fan coils or underfloor heating. Those are manufacturer application descriptions, not validated sizing ranges for RBDHN-32AFWN. (Source 4.)
Room heating with warm-air equipment
The site has a separate warm-air product family and describes a small-room solution. Its area statement is not evidence that the split water-heating unit is the same appliance or includes the same indoor terminal.
The larger-building solution explicitly mentions radiators, fan coils and underfloor heating. Identify the actual required water temperature and circuit design; the reviewed split-unit sheet's 41/45°C labels do not settle every emitter requirement.
The company claims need documents with identifiable scope
Reciye's introduction describes intelligent production lines, a laboratory, 5S management, third-party reports, university cooperation and exports to Europe and North America. It does not identify the relevant report numbers, university partners, laboratory scope or model-specific approvals in the reviewed text. These remain company-published statements, rather than verified capacity or destination conformity. (Source 1.)
The authority-platform exact-name search did not return a verified matching government or CQC record in this review. This absence is recorded as an evidence gap, not proof that no approval exists. For the proposed model and destination, obtain the current conformity documents and verify the issuing body, model coverage and status.
The service-support page reviewed here contains a heading and contact information, with no detailed warranty, commissioning procedure or response commitment. Those terms should be supplied with the offer. The site's generic case-display wording has not been turned into named, independently completed projects. (Source 5.)
