Laienke's T35 item describes a direct-drive axial fan for ventilation in factories, warehouses, offices and residential settings, or to assist warm-air circulation. The source distinguishes T35 from BT35, its separately described explosion-resistant version. It says the handled gas should be non-corrosive, without significant dust, and no hotter than 40 °C. Those restrictions matter more than selecting a large nominal diameter.
The page includes a detailed table organised by size, rotational speed and blade angle, with airflow, total pressure, shaft-power and motor columns. Some cells contain visible inconsistencies or unclear units. Use the table to identify a candidate operating case, then obtain a controlled, corrected schedule from the manufacturer. Do not silently repair the source, infer an explosion rating for ordinary T35, or combine airflow from one blade angle with pressure or motor power from another.
This is an equipment family; its range does not identify one orderable configuration.
Swipe the table, or focus it and use arrow keys, to read the conditions and sources.
| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Drive and construction | Impeller directly on the motor shaft; impeller, casing and inlet collector | Supplier's T35/BT35 construction description; the quoted assembly must identify its actual version. Source |
| Published air-stream limit | Non-corrosive gas without significant dust; temperature not above 40 °C | Restriction in the combined T35/BT35 description; no smoke-temperature or abrasive-dust approval established. Source |
| Listed speed choices | 2,900, 1,450 and 960 r/min | Subject to the site's stated impeller tip-speed limit of 60 m/s; not all sizes are offered at every speed. Source |
| Example table point | Size 2.8 · 280 mm · 2,900 r/min · 10°: 1,224 m³/h at 128 Pa total pressure | Printed row with 0.068 kW required shaft power, 0.078 kW adopted shaft power and a YSF-5622 0.12 kW motor. Not a platform-tested rating. Source |
| Rotation reference | Counterclockwise when facing the inlet; inlet at the impeller end | Published direction convention; confirm with the offered fan drawing and rotation arrow. Source |
For size 2.8 at 2,900 r/min and 10° blade angle, the table pairs 1,224 m³/h with 128 Pa total pressure, 0.068 kW required shaft power, 0.078 kW adopted shaft power and a 0.12 kW YSF-5622 motor. The motor nameplate power is not the same quantity as required shaft power, and neither is measured electrical input. Keep the configuration and columns together when requesting a selection.
Blade-angle rows describe different configurations, not proof of an adjustable-pitch function during operation. Ask which angle is fixed on the offered impeller and what alternatives the factory permits. State airflow, pressure definition, density, speed and supply conditions, then request the selected curve and motor data. The source table's isolated points are not a complete installed-system curve.
The 2.8/2,900 r/min airflow sequence prints 2,560 m³/h at 20° followed by 2,495 m³/h at 25°. Elsewhere the size 9/960 r/min table contains a 303532 airflow entry, and the size 10 diameter cell prints 100 mm. The efficiency column is labelled percent but carries decimal values such as 0.64. This review does not decide the intended corrections or convert every decimal into a confirmed percentage.
Have the supplier issue the original table or a revised selection sheet that identifies the error, units and correct model. Avoid copying the suspicious values into a design calculation or product comparison. A document correction should carry a revision and confirm whether the offered fan's motor, blade angle or operating range is affected.
Non-monotonic size-2.8 entries and the printed 303532 value need source clarification; no substitute value has been invented.
Read the sourceThe percent/decimal convention and printed size-10 diameter need a corrected document before engineering use.
Read the sourceThe same item discusses BT35 for flammable or explosive, non-corrosive gas and mentions an explosion-resistant motor, switching arrangements and an aluminium lining in the casing. Those are supplier construction and installation statements. No zone, gas group, temperature class, certificate identifier or authenticated complete-assembly approval is given on the reviewed item.
If the environment is hazardous, obtain the site's classification and the supplier's exact BT35 assembly documents, including mechanical construction and electrical installation. Do not accept a standard T35 merely because the combined article describes BT35. Likewise, the 40 °C air-stream limit does not establish smoke-exhaust duty or operation in a corrosive or heavily dusty stream. Agree the destination's applicable requirements with the responsible designer.
The page says T35 can be used for ordinary ventilation and describes spaced series installation in long exhaust ducts. This is a manufacturer application statement, not a designed series-fan solution for your duct. Two fans and their controls must be selected against the actual system, including start/stop behaviour and the condition with one unit stopped; a simple doubling of a table pressure is insufficient.
Supply the intake and discharge arrangement, transitions, guards, nearby obstructions, supports and operating cases. Confirm the offered rotation and airflow direction using the drawing. If casing removal is proposed for a free-fan use, have the supplier define guards, support and safe installation explicitly. No mounting drawing, exposure rating or delivered guard package was established by this item.
Require an exact T35 size, speed, blade angle, motor/supply schedule, corrected performance document, outline and included guards or supports. Agree the airflow and total-pressure measurement arrangement, running current, rotation, vibration and any acoustic criterion before ordering. The site says fans receive running tests before shipment, but this is a process claim rather than the actual serial-number test result.
For commissioning, record the installed operating conditions and compare them with the accepted selection rather than with a family-wide efficiency claim. Noise reduction and efficiency statements in the overview do not specify a directly comparable baseline for every configuration. Price, delivery time, current certification and destination support remain unconfirmed. This brief's next step is a documented selection, not an assurance that the family title alone solves the ventilation design.
