What this manufacturer offers

Zhejiang Laienke Fan Co., Ltd. identifies its legal entity as 浙江莱恩克风机有限公司 and describes a Taizhou manufacturing business covering centrifugal, axial, cabinet, roof, air-conditioning and engineering fans. Its catalogue separates HVAC components from packaged ventilation and industrial equipment. This distinction matters: a bare fan for an air-handling unit needs an integration drawing, while a cabinet fan needs a defined enclosure, mounting arrangement and accessible motor or impeller.

The profile describes machining, punching, bending, spinning, laser cutting and balancing equipment, together with an in-house testing centre. These are manufacturer statements, not an independent inspection of the plant. The site also has unusually detailed laboratory procedures and different warranty periods for air-conditioning and engineering fans. Use those documents to request a precise test and delivery plan. They do not establish current certification, a guaranteed delivery time or performance at your selected airflow and pressure.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Choose the fan business and the evidence needed for your order

Separate a fan component from a ventilation package

The LKB direct-drive, double-inlet offering is presented for cabinet air conditioners, variable-air-volume equipment and other HVAC assemblies. BKB/BKBS is a cabinet range for quiet supply/exhaust and purification ventilation. HL is a mixed-flow engineering family whose page also mentions special environments and smoke exhaust. These names define different integration tasks; they are not interchangeable ratings.

Start a component enquiry with the available envelope, both inlet clearances, outlet interface and control requirements. Start a cabinet enquiry with the duct connections, mounting, service side, enclosure and filter responsibility. For smoke or hazardous duties, identify the exact complete assembly and obtain its applicable report; neither an engineering-category label nor a suitable motor alone proves compliance.

Air-handling component

LKB: close both inlet paths, outlet geometry, motor controls and installed duty before accepting a compact fan selection.

Cabinet ventilation

BKB/BKBS: define support or suspension, access and clean/dirty filter resistance alongside airflow.

Engineering duty

HL: require the chosen drive and model; smoke, corrosion and hazardous environments need their own documented scope.

Use the laboratory procedure as a test-report checklist

The testing page describes aerodynamic, noise, vibration, overspeed and repeated-start tests. It gives specific controls: sealed transitions and pressure tubing, calibrated instruments, measured speed, stable operating points and background-noise checks. Those details can make an inspection request concrete. Ask for the actual selected fan, installation arrangement, pressure definition, rotational speed and instrument calibration in the report.

The page cites standards carrying dates from 1985 to 2005. They are historical references printed by the supplier, not confirmation of the current applicable edition. Its noise procedure mentions a measurement position approximately 1.5 m from the inlet or outlet; a catalogue sound-pressure number cannot be transferred to a room boundary without the measurement conditions. The in-house centre is not presented here as an independently accredited laboratory.

Aerodynamic setup

Request the transition geometry, duct arrangement, leakage checks, measured speed and stable duty points in the actual report.

Noise and vibration

Ask for sound-pressure versus sound-power basis, measuring positions, background correction and operating condition rather than a single dB figure.

Turn the production-equipment list into order controls

CNC machining, punching, bending, spinning, laser cutting and dynamic balancing are listed in the profile. The list supports questions about forming, dimensional inspection and impeller balancing, but it does not identify the machines assigned to your order or the acceptance grade. Ask which drawing revision controls the impeller, casing, flanges and supports, how balancing is recorded and what dimensional or running checks are supplied with the shipment.

The profile mentions more than 20,000 m² of workshop area and management-system certificates. Neither statement establishes current production capacity or model certification. A dated certificate copy must identify the legal entity, site, scope and issuer status before being relied on. The site's links to alarm and rescue businesses are useful identity context; do not import their approvals into the HVAC fan contract.

Confirm the service category before comparing total cost

The service page says quotations generally exclude on-site technical service. It differentiates 12-month HVAC-fan and 24-month engineering-fan warranties from accepted handover, and describes paid maintenance after warranty. It also states a two-hour initial response and telephone/email resolution aims through its Taizhou team. These are website service statements, not an independently tested service level or an international repair network.

Have the quotation identify the applicable product category, acceptance milestone, commissioning scope, travel costs, replacement parts and responsibility for incorrect use or installation. For an overseas installation, establish who can inspect a failed motor or impeller locally, how evidence is submitted and who pays shipment. This exposes cost differences that would disappear in a comparison of bare fan prices.

Research status and the next usable documents

The official profile, catalogue, laboratory procedure, service terms and contact page were read on 11 October 2026. The original Tianyancha export supplies a separate dated company-name and manufacturing-scope record; it is retained privately in CRM. A SASAC-hosted report published on 28 November 2022 names the exact company while describing its use of Guomao Yunshang customs, logistics and foreign-trade services. This independently supports a dated business reference; the platform-wide export totals and countries in that article are not Laienke’s own figures, and the report is not an HVAC factory audit. No live issuer check, plant visit, audited capacity, stock, MOQ or destination-specific service coverage has been established.

For a useful first quotation, submit the chosen fan family, airflow and pressure basis, air temperature/density, installation arrangement, electrical supply, controls, site environment and delivery scope. Ask Laienke to return a selected model, performance curve, controlled outline, motor details and inspection plan. The platform's enquiry records your requirements; the factory has not been represented as a claimed or audited supplier.
