Select winter duty without inventing a low-temperature rating
Langri offers air-source variable-frequency heating/cooling equipment in domestic and commercial catalogue sections. Its reviewed 3P illustration shows a compact side-fan outdoor casing with the 筑立方 brand, while the commercial image shows a tall twin-top-fan arrangement. The domestic recommendations include 5–6P and 8–10P; the commercial detail groups 15P, 25P, 30P, 50P and 60P in one offer. These are supplier size labels, not verified kW output at an identified air/water condition.
The size labels are consolidated into one heating/cooling family. No separate capacity URLs or manufactured performance table has been created. Important uncertainties remain: the current refrigerant/circuit, selected heating output in cold weather, defrost behaviour, water-side connections and complete electrical input. The company describes a −35°C enthalpy laboratory, but that does not rate these pictured units at −35°C. Two displayed heat-pump CCC originals expired in May 2025 and cannot establish current conformity for this offer.

| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Official scope | Domestic/commercial variable-frequency air-source heating and cooling | Two actual product details read; current ordered circuit not disclosed. Source |
| Compact pictured arrangement | 3P labelled side-fan outdoor casing | Original illustration; no kW rating or room-area capacity supplied. Source |
| Commercial pictured arrangement | Tall enclosure with two top fans; grouped 15P–60P labels | Image and title read; size alternatives consolidated rather than separate URLs. Source |
| Low-temperature lab statement | Company describes a −35°C enthalpy laboratory | Not a selected-unit capacity/COP/defrost result at −35°C. Source |
| Historical heat-pump certificate boundary | Two displayed CCC originals valid to 9 May 2025 | Expired at review; printed R410A/voltage details cannot automatically describe current pictures. Source |
| Missing operating map | Heating/cooling output, complete input, air/water conditions and defrost basis | No COP, efficiency grade, minimum ambient or freeze-protection guarantee inferred. Source |
Selection and application review
Request the design-day heating selection
Provide the design outdoor conditions, required leaving/return water temperatures, building or process heat demand and operating profile. Ask for a named model's heating output and complete input at those simultaneous conditions, with the supplier's defrost and auxiliary-heating treatment stated. A 3P or 60P label cannot settle that selection.
The company claims a laboratory with a −35°C capability. Ask for the selected unit's original test report and operating envelope rather than turning a laboratory endpoint into a guaranteed minimum ambient. Require the behaviour at the actual lowest weather and the written backup strategy if the heat pump cannot maintain the required duty.
Match the water circuit and summer duty
The reviewed casing images do not identify load connections, pump/buffer inclusion or minimum water volume/flow. Obtain the circuit diagram and selected pressure-drop data. Clarify which hydraulic parts, isolation, controls and treatment responsibility sit inside the quote and which are installed at the building.
For cooling, require the rated output at actual entering/leaving water and outdoor conditions. Coordinate with the selected fan coils, including their water temperatures and controls. Do not assume that a domestic P label, a terminal photograph and a commercial casing form a pre-engineered matched system.
Resolve outdoor airflow, defrost drainage and power
The compact side-fan and commercial top-fan illustrations show different external airflow arrangements. Request the exact clearance, support and service instructions for the selected unit. Site drawings should identify the discharge path and other outdoor equipment, with the manufacturer's accepted layout. Neither picture establishes sound at a neighbouring property or at an occupied façade.
Agree the defrost-water drainage arrangement and freeze-protection procedure required by the selected manufacturer instructions. Obtain complete electrical loads, supply, starting/drive requirements and protective/control details. Historical certificate voltages and refrigerant entries should not be copied into a new specification until the current model is confirmed.
Close conformity and control scope before purchase
Both inspected CCC originals show issue on 9 May 2020 and expiry on 9 May 2025. They identify specific historical heat-pump schedules. Obtain the current document and relevant model annex where required, together with current issuer status; do not use these expired images as live compliance proof.
Request the selected controller's plant/terminal interlock, local protections, fault reporting and restart sequence. The variable-frequency name does not establish a communication protocol or a measured seasonal result. Compare quotations using the same cold-weather and summer duty, complete input, included hydraulic/electrical equipment and agreed acceptance evidence. Current price, measured site savings and independently verified efficiency remain unknown.
Issue weather and water duty
State design-day heating and summer cooling conditions with actual terminal/load needs.
Obtain a current model dossier
Require operating maps, defrost/backup treatment, circuit/electrical schedules and conformity scope.
Approve the installed system
Agree outdoor layout, drainage, controls and tests for the complete quoted package.
