What this manufacturer offers

Wenling Grand Cooling Equipment Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing lead for industrial fluid cooling, rather than a domestic air-conditioner brand. The preserved CRM record, the same-name official website and the business-licence image displayed there agree on the legal entity and its 13 March 2009 establishment date. The licence image carries a 2019 issue date; it is an identity cross-check, not a fresh live registration extract. The contact address at 52-5 Jintang North Road, Wenling Eastern New District also matches the source registration.

Its reviewed offer separates pure-water/air LSF systems, controlled pure-water LSS loops, transformer oil/air LYF coolers and oil/water LYS coolers. These have different heat sinks and failure interfaces. A current Zhejiang government-hosted enterprise-standard declaration identifies the same company and specific oil/air products, adding a bounded external source for that part of its portfolio.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Match Grand’s production scope to the circuit you actually need

Choose a heat sink before choosing a supplier package

Grand’s industrial catalogue is organised around the fluid circuit. LSF removes heat from a pure-water circuit to air; LSS describes a controlled closed pure-water loop for rectifiers, induction equipment and medium-voltage drives. Transformer LYF transfers oil heat to air, while LYS uses cooling water. Do not request one generic ‘industrial chiller’ price and assume these are interchangeable refrigeration systems.

Start with the protected equipment’s heat loss, permitted fluid temperature and quality, hydraulic resistance, site climate and available utilities. The reviewed pages do not establish a compressor, refrigerant or subambient chilled-water rating for these systems. Freeze the actual heat-rejection arrangement and package boundary with the supplier.

Check what is fabricated and tested at the Wenling site

The company describes a combined design, production and testing base with automatic pipe welding, CNC fabrication and final assembly. It also reports cooling-system, control, transformer-oil-pump and water-treatment test facilities. Use those statements to request a process-specific capability review: fabrication responsibility, weld records, bought-in heat exchangers and pumps, control assembly, pressure/leak tests and final duty tests.

The about page reports more than 15,000 m² of workshop space while the home page displays a different area counter. No common measurement boundary or dated independent capacity record was reviewed. This profile therefore does not use an area number as proven throughput, stock or production capacity.

Use the external standard statement within its exact scope

The Zhejiang market-regulation portal publishes the company’s 18 May 2026 self-commitment to JB/T 8315-2022 for forced-oil-circulation air coolers for transformers. Its product table includes oil/air cooler names and LYF-315/model entries. It is useful evidence that the identified enterprise has publicly declared an applicable product standard.

It does not certify every cooling system, establish a present heat-rejection rating or show an independently witnessed test. Require the current ordered-model conformity statement, relevant test schedule and report. Do not extend this oil/air standard to LSF pure-water systems or LYS oil/water units merely because the same factory supplies them.

Keep customer and management-system claims separate from verified evidence

The about page claims ISO 9001 management certification, ERP use and Siemens supplier approval in 2011. No current issuer verification or customer confirmation was reviewed, so these remain supplier statements rather than platform endorsements. Request the current certificate holder/scope and a relevant reference that can actually be checked.

A patent result found during the entity search belonged to another company, so it is excluded from Grand’s technical credentials. An association result could not be opened successfully and is also not used as verified credit evidence. Evidence limits matter more than the number of logos or search results attached to a profile.

Build a purchase file around interfaces and acceptance

Obtain a P&ID, equipment list, control cause-and-effect schedule and installation drawing for the selected circuit. Agree who provides the secondary heat sink, fluid treatment, power, communications, civil supports and commissioning. Factory testing should refer to the ordered duty and explicit acceptance criteria rather than an unspecified reliability claim.

Close spare-pump/fan arrangements, consumables, cleaning access and service responsibilities, together with actual quotation and lead time. The official website email is stored separately in private CRM for a future authorised claim process; no message has been sent. This is a platform-written sourcing assessment based on the stated documents, not a factory visit or an installed-performance guarantee.

  1. Issue the duty

Define heat losses, fluids, temperatures, pressure drops and utility limits.

  2. Freeze the package boundary

Approve circuit diagram, external connections, controls and responsibility split.

  3. Agree acceptance

Record tests, criteria, documentation and spare/service scope for the ordered system.
