01 / COMPANY
What this manufacturer offers
Beijing Jinghai Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. is the legal manufacturing entity preserved in CRM, established on 25 February 1993. The official site uses the broader Jinghai Group brand but names the same company in its footer and product imagery. Its contact address is Huitong Street 5 in Miyun Economic Development Zone; the CRM registration specifies Building 6 within that compound. Keep the legal contracting entity, workshop location and group marketing identity separate when qualifying a purchase.
The reviewed catalogue includes gasketed and welded plate exchangers, spiral and tube-type exchangers, packaged heat-exchange stations and gas-boiler flue-gas recovery. Original official workshop photographs show plate forming, welding, machining and assembly areas. Dated Miyun government reports provide external evidence of a 2019 R&D recognition, historical ASME certification and a 2024 equipment-directory inclusion reported in January 2025. Those dated records do not verify today’s certificate validity or every advertised product rating.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW
Qualify Jinghai against fabrication, pressure scope and system interfaces
Match the legal manufacturer to the quoted fabrication scope
The original CRM business scope explicitly includes plate production, removable plate exchangers, exchanger packages, intelligent stations and welded exchangers. It also mentions pressure-vessel manufacture, but registration wording does not replace current equipment licensing or a product-specific conformity file. Ask who designs, fabricates, tests and signs the exact order.
The catalogue covers both heat-transfer components and integrated heating packages. A bare plate pack and an enclosed station have different interfaces and acceptance responsibilities. Agree the legal seller/manufacturer, bought-in pump/valve/control items and subcontracted fabrication before comparing quotations.
Use the original process gallery to prepare a workshop review
The official equipment page shows four labelled areas: plate pressing, welding, machining and assembly. Other original images show plate stacks, automated joining equipment, machining equipment, a thermal test tower and a seal-production area. They support a concrete process checklist rather than a generic claim that the company owns every process in every current order.
Ask for the selected plate die/material route, forming and joining records, gasket/seal sourcing, dimensional controls and leak/pressure-test procedures. A photographed press caption names a 20,000-ton machine; no current calibration or throughput evidence was reviewed. Do not turn a machine label or workshop photo into proven annual output, available capacity or manufacturing lead time.
Separate dated external recognition from current compliance
The full 2019 R&D report names the same company and describes its Miyun development/manufacturing base. The full March 2019 government report describes an ASME quality-system review and issuance of a U-stamp certificate that month. Retain these dates, then request a current issuer-verifiable certificate and the exact holder, fabrication location and order scope if ASME construction is required.
The January 2025 article confirms a specific heating device’s inclusion in the 2024 second-batch equipment directory. Its trial and cost-saving discussion does not publish a full independently reproducible test or establish savings for another building. Directory inclusion and historical recognition are useful external evidence, not universal product guarantees.
Resolve catalogue limitations during technical selection
Several individual plate-exchanger links on the official site open a news list beneath the product breadcrumb. The site still publishes real category photographs and other complete product descriptions, but an accessible category name does not establish a model schedule. Hold unsupported subtype-specific ratings until an issued document is obtained.
For intelligent stations, distinguish the exchanger, pumps, water treatment and control package and challenge unbounded efficiency or maintenance-free claims. For flue-gas recovery, define the boiler and heat-sink conditions before using any reported seasonal water recovery or payback. Each product brief therefore states the evidence available for its actual circuit.
Prepare the supplier approval file around the selected duty
Request the fluid compositions, four terminal temperatures, flow rates, fouling allowance, allowable pressure losses and design limits. Add installation, cleaning and control requirements. Ask for the selected configuration, drawings, material traceability, current compliance scope and acceptance plan.
The official email is stored privately in the CRM website-email field with its contact-page source; no claim invitation was sent. Price, stock, lead time and independent present production capacity remain unverified. This platform-written profile helps qualify a real manufacturing lead and preserves the limits of the available source evidence.
Freeze the manufacturing boundary
Identify legal holder and actual fabricated/bought-in items.
Verify current compliance
Obtain relevant licence/certificate scope and model-specific records.
Approve the duty and tests
Close materials, drawings, interfaces and acceptance criteria.
