Fengchi source scope
Industrial motor/gearing wording and four-model schedule.
Confirm the actual industrial motor/transmission package and retention file; gear and maintenance wording cannot be merged with Fengrui’s direct-drive scope.

Bigfans’ Fengchi BFFCA family is presented with industrial-motor and transmission-gear wording, unlike the Fengrui page’s gear-free PMSM description. Its four diameters run from 3.8 to 7.3 m and all list 1.5 kW motor power, with different mass, maximum speed and current rows. Obtain the actual motor/transmission bill of materials; the introductory synchronous-motor wording does not settle the complete drive configuration by itself.
BFFCA73 lists 7.3 m, 60 rpm, 125 kg and 14,060 m³/min, while BFFCA38 lists 3.8 m, 95 rpm, 68 kg and 11,050 m³/min. The source gives no airflow method, installed room distribution or current mounting drawing. Its 39 dB and ten-thousand-hour maintenance claims have no reviewed test/service definition, and accident-free wording is not an independent safety result. Select support, actual drive and maintenance responsibilities together rather than importing another ceiling family’s configuration.
This is an equipment family; its range does not identify one orderable configuration.

| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and evidence |
|---|---|---|
| BFFCA73 reference | 7.3 m; 60 rpm; 125 kg; 1.5 kW motor | Source schedule; full controller input and structural loads not supplied. Source |
| BFFCA38 reference | 3.8 m; 95 rpm; 68 kg; 1.5 kW motor | Shared nominal motor power does not establish equal installed consumption. Source |
| Large-row current choices | BFFCA73 3.5 A / 380 V or 6.1 A / 220 V | Actual phase, controller and startup/protective file unprovided. Source |
| Drive-description question | Intro says synchronous motor; features name IE2 industrial motor and transmission gears | Exact motor/gearing/BOM and applicable energy report require supplier confirmation. Source |
| Unconditioned claims | 39 dB; more than 10,000 hours maintenance-free; accident-free language | No sound method, defined maintenance manual, independent retention test or universal safety guarantee reviewed. Source |
Obtain the exact motor, transmission, controller and ratio/speed schedule for the selected BFFCA. The source mixes general synchronous-motor wording with gear and IE2 industrial-motor features. Do not relabel it as Fengrui’s gear-free PMSM architecture without a current BOM.
Compare operating input and speed at an agreed room-delivery objective. All four rows show 1.5 kW motor power, which does not establish identical input across variable speed. The IE2 label needs a selected motor report and applicable scope, not a blanket whole-fan energy certification.
Provide beam/substrate, height, obstacles and occupied positions. Request model-specific mounting/retention loads, blade/service envelope and installation instructions. A warehouse photograph illustrates a supplier-presented arrangement; it does not prove the customer’s structure or this model’s approval.
Obtain actual occupied-zone air-speed coverage and measurement/selection basis. Catalogue m³/min is not outdoor-air exchange, refrigeration or guaranteed uniform room delivery. Do not transfer another family’s ambiguous installation sketch into a BFFCA site approval.
For the 39 dB claim, request the sound quantity, measurement method/distance, operating speed and duty. No reviewed report establishes that value at every listed maximum speed or an actual occupied receiver. General low-noise language is not an acoustic design.
Request the transmission/bearing inspection and service manual behind the 10,000-hour statement. Confirm whether lubrication or other actions are required for the ordered drive. A promotional maintenance-free claim does not remove overhead retention, electrical or assembly inspection responsibilities.
Approve model/BOM, motor/control evidence and support/retention drawings before installation. Define speed/direction/control, electrical and occupied-zone delivery checks, together with any agreed vibration/sound tests and access for service. Request applicable model-specific conformity rather than repeating accident-free wording.
Current price, delivery, independent safety and maintenance-life results remain unknown. The four BFFCA sizes stay together; the page’s distinctive drive/service questions remain separate from the direct-drive, commercial, wall, mobile and standing families.
