What this manufacturer offers
Bigfans Ventilation Equipment (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. is a CRM manufacturing lead for industrial air-movement equipment, established on 4 December 2014. Its registered production scope includes industrial ventilation, dust-removal and air-purification equipment. The same-name official website currently gives a Gedian, Ezhou factory address and a Wuhan business centre; these are separate from the preserved Wuhan registration address and have not been verified through a site visit.
A 27 June 2022 Wuhan Institute of Technology report provides external, dated evidence: the team founded the company in 2014 and began small-batch industrial fan production, including permanent-magnet direct-drive development with Huazhong University of Science and Technology. That historical account supports a research/manufacturing relationship, not current output or every performance claim. Current series include suspended, commercial, mobile, wall-directed and column-supported arrangements, each requiring different mounting and air-delivery approval.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW
Choose the actual air-movement arrangement and manufacturing scope
Separate operating addresses and contracting responsibility
Match the quotation and manufacturing documents to the Wuhan legal entity or an explicitly identified contracting party. The official site gives a new Ezhou factory and a Wuhan business centre, while the original registration retains a Wuhan industrial-park address. Request confirmation of where the actual order will be manufactured, tested and collected.
No platform site visit has confirmed that workshop. The preserved registration establishes declared manufacturing scope, not installed production capacity. Keep locations and dates visible rather than silently replacing the original source address.
Use the university evidence within its historical scope
The 2022 university report identifies the fan development and early company production. A university professor profile also records founding the company in 2014. These are useful primary sources for the research relationship, but they do not certify current fan performance, safety or a present high-technology status.
The report discusses unrelated team inventions and research projects. Do not attribute transformer equipment, grid protection or every university patent to this fan factory. Likewise historical cumulative sales and the supplier’s current annual-revenue claim have different scopes and cannot corroborate one another.
What the original process photographs show
Four original images provide concrete supplier-presented manufacturing context: a CNC machine with machined round components, a stator winding station, a labelled motor test bench and a hydraulic press with blade stock. They are more specific than an invented manufacturing inventory. The images do not establish the capture date, current workshop, machine ownership, calibration or which ordered models use each process.
For an OEM order, request a current process map and responsibility split for motor/stator work, hub machining, blade forming and purchased controller/electrical parts. Obtain traceability, dimensional checks and the actual motor/finished-fan test records. A motor test bench photograph does not establish an independently measured whole-fan airflow, sound or safety result.
Machining and winding
Pictured round parts and stator work support targeted questions about current in-house motor/hub processes.
Choose mounting and room delivery before nominal diameter
Suspended industrial fans, smaller commercial ceiling fans, mobile floor units, wall-directed units and tall column-supported fans solve different packaging tasks. Obtain the selected model’s current dimensions, structural loads, blade/service clearance and control file. A series photograph does not approve the building or support.
Published large fan volumes have no reviewed installed room-air distribution method. Use an agreed occupied-zone air-speed and coverage assessment. Air circulation does not itself establish outdoor-air exchange, extraction of contaminants or a refrigeration duty; those require separately designed systems and evidence.
Verify manufacture, documentation and installed functions
The about page names winding, torque tests, motor batch testing and blade processing. Those supplier process labels do not establish calibration, ownership, throughput or an independently audited test line. Request order-specific records, motor/control identification and applicable model documentation. No current certificate image was readable as a complete document in the first honours-page extraction.
Agree support/drawing review, electrical/control checks, installed delivery and accessible maintenance. Obtain clear warranty/service conditions rather than adopting blanket maintenance-free or accident-free slogans. Price, lead time and independently verified installed savings remain unknown; official company contact is retained privately in CRM.
Match the actual workshop
Confirm contracting entity, Ezhou production location and order tests.
Select mounting and delivery
Approve structural/electrical interfaces and room-air assessment.
Obtain current model evidence
Request test, conformity, service and commissioning documentation.
