What this manufacturer offers
Yichang Qinye Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., legally 宜昌勤业空调有限公司, is a manufacturing lead for ventilation, smoke-control equipment and related ductwork. Its preserved CRM registration is dated 11 January 2012 and includes air-conditioning, fans, metal structures, insulating and refractory-material manufacture. The official contact page places both office and factory at 5 Jiangjiawan, Dongcheng Experimental Zone, Yiling, Yichang, matching the source registration. The website’s history beginning in 1993 is not explained by reviewed predecessor documents and is kept separate from this legal entity’s age.
Its catalogue contains materially different equipment: mixed-flow general ventilation, axial smoke extraction, cabinet centrifugal fans, fire/smoke dampers and an aerogel duct construction. These need different performance and conformity files. The supplier displays named report covers, but a cover does not show the test result or current certificate validity. This profile supports a documented enquiry rather than endorsing current certification, fire-system suitability or factory capacity.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW
Assess Qinye against the exact ventilation or smoke-control package
Match the workshop and contracting identity
The registered and official office/factory address agree at Jiangjiawan. Confirm the present operating and contracting party, actual order-production site and fabrication responsibility in the quotation. The older history on the homepage is not used to calculate this entity’s age.
Ask which assemblies are fabricated there, which motors/actuators are bought in and which installation tasks belong to the project contractor. The registration supports a manufacturing lead, but neither a registration row nor a website photograph establishes current production throughput, stock or installed project results.
Use the workshop photographs to ask specific production questions
The original collage shows cylindrical fan assemblies, boxed cabinets, rows of formed rectangular duct sections and workshop machinery including a large blue forming/rolling machine. It adds actual supplier-presented fabrication context instead of a fabricated equipment inventory. Several photographs also show groups of visitors or personnel; their presence is not evidence of a passed regulatory inspection or current product approval.
Ask which sheet-metal forming, cabinet/fan assembly and finishing processes remain in house for the ordered product. Obtain the current process map, purchased-component responsibility and inspection/traceability records. The collage does not establish the capture date, current machine ownership, exact workshop location, throughput or a independently witnessed fire test.
Fan and cabinet assembly
Original photographs show assembled fan equipment; ask for actual motor, impeller, balancing and final-check records.
The SWF page publishes a general mixed-flow range. LXPF explicitly separates an external-motor A construction for smoke extraction from an internal-motor B construction for ventilation. The axial page offers different pressure and single/dual-speed arrangements. Choose the purpose and operating sequence before comparing prices or capacities.
Obtain an exact model/speed curve, motor and electrical schedule, installation arrangement and measurement basis. A series maximum flow and maximum pressure are not one simultaneous duty. A smoke-temperature statement for one construction must not be inherited by general ventilation or explosion-protected variants.
Verify the current certificate and complete report
The original supplier-hosted covers identify ZXPF-A-I-14 and LXPF-A-I-30 type tests with their respective report numbers. They contain no readable full results, approved production range or current issuer status. A 2018 certification statement on the homepage therefore cannot support a present whole-catalogue certification badge.
Require the current issuer record and exact certificate number, model/variant coverage and complete test file for the ordered equipment. Any later suspension, withdrawal, replacement or scope change must be reconciled with the actual issuer before acceptance. News summaries, including AI-generated reports, are research leads rather than final certificate verification.
Review duct construction as an assembled system
The aerogel duct page describes two steel skins and a composite layer, together with a claimed maximum two-hour fire resistance. That is a supplier statement requiring the complete test report, specimen dimensions, joints, support spacing and installation scope. The displayed duct report cover FG0506121-2021 identifies a commissioned test, but does not show the result or certified assembly details.
Do not transfer a material temperature claim to assembled duct fire resistance or turn the page’s cited older design standards into current project advice. Have the responsible designer establish applicable current rules and the exact tested assembly for the project.
Prepare a verifiable purchase package
Issue airflow/resistance, operating modes, space constraints and the project’s required conformity file. Ask for actual fabrication drawings, controls, installation and maintenance instructions, full test reports and a clear delivery boundary. A terminal, damper, fan and fire-resisting duct can require separate documented interfaces.
Original product imagery is supplier-presented evidence; no independent factory audit, commissioning witness or customer reference confirmation was conducted. Price, lead time and current product approvals remain to be established. Official contact is retained in a dedicated private CRM field for later authorised use.
Define the purpose
Separate ordinary ventilation, smoke extraction and hazardous-area operation.
Approve the actual assembly
Match curves, drawings, interfaces and exact report/certificate scope.
Close acceptance
Verify current issuer status and contract tests before relying on supplier claims.
