Match CYBERCOOL-MOD DXA indoor modules, condensers and remaining duty
CYBERCOOL-MOD DXA transfers equipment-room heat through a refrigerant circuit to an outdoor air-cooled condenser. The original C2104V03.5 catalogue identifies E1/E2 fixed-speed scroll compressor arrangements, modular cabinets and upflow/downflow supply. Its CW chilled-water version has different hydraulic interfaces and is not this DX selection.
The 40E2X1 column lists 43.6 kW total and 41.0 kW sensible at 24 °C/50% RH return and 35 °C outdoor. Raising return to 28 °C/50% RH at the same outdoor temperature gives 46.0/44.2 kW. Both figures belong to the same model with different rating conditions; neither is the cooling available after a compressor or common supply fails.

| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and evidence |
|---|---|---|
| 40E2X1 at 24 °C return | 43.6 kW total / 41.0 kW sensible; return 50% RH, outdoor 35 °C | Original PDF page 16 DXA table, footnote 2. Source |
| 40E2X1 at 28 °C return | 46.0 kW total / 44.2 kW sensible; return 50% RH, outdoor 35 °C | Same column, footnote 3; different return condition. Source |
| Compressors / fan | Two fixed-speed scroll compressors; one EC backward-curved fan; 11,500 m³/h | 40E2X1 source schedule. Circuit independence and failure duty are not established by component count. Source |
| Electrical maximum | 380 V / 3Ph / 50 Hz; 18.9 kW maximum operating power, 34.6 A maximum operating current | Table entries, not rated energy use or a provided site protection selection. Source |
| 40E2X1 condenser alternatives | 2 × CMEG8 at ≤43 °C ambient; 2 × CMEG10 for the ≥43 to ≤52 °C schedule | Catalogue matching footnotes; AMAE/VMEG alternatives are also listed. Exact current selected pairing must be approved. Source |
Selection and application review
Size against sensible load and installed airflow
Send the equipment heat load, return temperature/humidity, required room or IT inlet limits and air-distribution arrangement. Select sensible capacity at those conditions rather than using the family maximum or a higher-return rating. Ask for delivered airflow at the installed resistance, filter condition and the chosen upper/lower supply arrangement.
The E1/E2 code describes compressor type/count. It does not promise that a two-compressor module is N+1, that both circuits are fully independent or that a failed circuit leaves the full load covered. Obtain the refrigerant, control and power dependency diagrams and the actual remaining sensible duty for agreed failure/maintenance states.
Order the correct condenser pairing for ambient and refrigerant runs
The same 40E2X1 indoor schedule changes its CMEG pairing with ambient conditions; AMAE and VMEG alternatives have their own source schedules. Obtain the selected indoor/outdoor model set, outdoor design ambient, capacity, fan power and full system input. A condenser's nominal label is not proof of the installed heat-rejection duty.
Close pipe lengths, vertical lift, sizes, refrigerant charge and installation instructions for the actual pair. Request the outdoor general arrangement, permitted unit spacing and service access. The V-shaped condenser option and compactness claims do not supply a site recirculation or noise assessment.
Treat RPU cooling as an ordered circuit and operating envelope
The catalogue describes a refrigerant-pump option that reduces compressor operation in cooler weather without admitting outside air. It adds a pump box and pipework, and the 40E2X1 column lists RPU22. Do not infer that a base DXA offer includes that assembly or that its pump can cover every load/ambient combination.
Require pump, hybrid and compressor-mode duties and transition temperatures, with controls and common dependencies. Ask for annual weather/load assumptions before accepting energy claims. The official webpage's average EER and fan-saving percentages are supplier statements, not measured performance of this selected installation.
Approve the base DX pair
Use the actual return, ambient and sensible-load condition.
Approve the optional RPU circuit
Define pump box, refrigerant paths, sensors and the useful low-ambient range.
Witness transitions and failures
Verify agreed mode changes and remaining duty without assuming component count establishes availability.
Set humidification, filtration and room interfaces explicitly
The DXA table lists G4 filtration, a default 6 kW heater and an 8 kg/h electrode humidifier for 40E2X1; another configuration may be quoted. Confirm included parts, selected output and current maintenance documents, with water supply quality, drains and electrical loads where applicable. The filter label alone does not establish a verified room cleanliness class.
The 40E2X1 source gives a 1,455 × 965 × 1,975 mm unit and 450 kg weight, with larger shipping dimensions. Obtain approved drawings for handling and final service space. Modular transport descriptions should be closed with the actual separation/reassembly instructions and site commissioning boundary.
Resolve the actual source version and acceptance requirements
The webpage's download label reads C2104V03.6, while the file inspected has C2104V03.5 on its cover. This brief uses the actual downloaded edition; obtain the current issued model schedule before ordering. Do not silently describe these fixed-speed E-series entries as the OPTIMA2 variable-speed compressor offer.
Obtain the selected controller, communications/licences, point list and network-loss behaviour. Define commissioning against selected sensible duty, airflow, humidity functions, alarms and remaining cooling states. Present certificates and warranty terms for the ordered supply market. The platform has not tested the equipment, certified an installation or verified stock/delivery.
