Match the boiler interface to a named fan duty
Gerui titles this offer G6-41 boiler centrifugal ventilation, while its body uses the combined GY6-41 designation for boiler supply/induced-draft applications. The stated context is industrial coal-fired boilers of 0.5–10 t/h with smoke/dust-removal equipment. That boiler-size description is not a fan airflow rating or proof that one unit can supply both air and hot flue-gas service. The exact role, gas conditions and current model must be clarified with the supplier and responsible boiler-system designer.
Unlike several misplaced boiler tables elsewhere in the site, this page presents an eight-size schedule directly beneath its G6-41 offer. It lists rotational speed, motor, flow and total pressure, including flow ranges printed in descending order. This brief preserves those source endpoints and the G/GY naming boundary. It neither converts the supplier's claimed above-80% peak total-pressure efficiency into a witnessed result nor supplies combustion settings or an operating procedure.

| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Source title/body distinction | Title G6-41; body GY6-41 | Exact supplier terminology; ordered supply/induced-draft role must be stated. Source |
| Published boiler context | 0.5–10 t/h industrial boilers with smoke/dust removal | Supplier application range, not fan flow, a boiler retrofit approval or whole-system capacity guarantee. Source |
| No.5.4A example | 1420 r/min; Y100L2-4B3 3 kW; flow 4358–2130 m³/h; total pressure 994–1254 Pa | Exact printed endpoint order; complete selected curve and gas-reference condition absent. Source |
| No.6.4A example | 1440 r/min; Y132S-4B3 5.5 kW; flow 7358–3596 m³/h; total pressure 1436–1811 Pa | Different schedule size, not an equal-duty electrical comparison. Source |
| Efficiency statement | Supplier claims peak total-pressure efficiency above 80% | No reviewed method, test point or selected-unit witnessed result. Source |
| Unstated selected duty boundaries | Gas temperature/composition, pressure convention, materials and complete input | Do not borrow hot-gas limits from unrelated Y5-47 or other catalogue pages. Source |
Selection and application review
Close the air or flue-gas role with the boiler designer
The title says G6-41 ventilation while the body discusses GY6-41 supply/induced draft together. Ask the supplier to identify the exact selected model and gas path. Give the actual gas composition, temperature, contaminants, required volume flow and pressure at the fan boundary.
A boiler's tonnes-per-hour designation does not establish the required fan point. Its air/flue-gas system and smoke/dust-removal equipment need the responsible designer's actual specification. Do not assume the pictured fan is approved for hot flue gas, nor substitute an unrelated catalogue temperature limit. This brief is a sourcing review, not a combustion or retrofit instruction.
Read the descending flow endpoints without correcting them
For No.5.4A the source prints 4358–2130 m³/h and 994–1254 Pa with a 3 kW motor at 1420 r/min. The larger No.6.4A row has a different speed, motor and flow/pressure interval. The endpoint direction has been preserved; it is not silently sorted into a clean-looking new rating.
Obtain a current curve with the required point marked, reference gas conditions and the same static/total pressure convention used by the system designer. The table's motor column does not prove actual complete electrical input, and range endpoints do not describe arbitrary paired maxima.
Put the claimed efficiency on a checkable basis
The body claims peak total-pressure efficiency over 80%. It gives no reviewed method or operating point demonstrating that value for the ordered configuration. Ask for the applicable original test report and the efficiency/input calculation at the actual selected duty.
Include motor/drive/control and quoted accessories in the electrical comparison. Request noise and vibration data at the named speed and test boundary. No percentage saving, silent operation or universal high-efficiency badge is inferred from the general description.
Approve the mechanical and controls interfaces
Require the ordered material, rotor/casing arrangement, rotation/outlet position, support/connection drawing and manufacturer maintenance instructions. Agree which starter/control and protection items are supplied and how fan status/fault information interfaces with the responsible boiler control design. The product page does not establish a certified interlock or an installed safety function.
Define balance/run and performance acceptance for the exact selected fan, with gas/air measurement boundaries stated. Any boiler-system commissioning or emissions acceptance has its own responsible scope. Current price, delivery and independent installed outcomes are unknown; this one page consolidates the actual eight-size schedule without creating boiler-size or motor-power URLs.

Select the real point
Request a named model, curve, motor and current mechanical/electrical dossier.
Separate acceptance scopes
Agree fan-duty checks without representing them as boiler, emissions or safety-system approval.
