Gerui's 9-19 is a high-pressure centrifugal fan for forced air and process duties. Gerui lists it together with the 9-26 under one heading, but the published schedule is titled 9-19 No.4A–16D, and the A and D pages both repeat it. Both pages then add tables headed Y8-39 and Y9-38, which belong to other fan families. The A-family image shows a volute with a top rectangular outlet and a rear motor on a common support.
Two rows give the scale. No.4.5A at 2900 r/min with a Y112M-2 4 kW motor covers 1174–2062 m³/h at 4603–4447 Pa total pressure. No.10D at 1450 r/min with a Y200L-4 30 kW motor covers 6440–12450 m³/h at 5840–5495 Pa. Gas temperature is generally up to 50°C and at most 80°C, a dust and particle limit of 150 mg/m³ applies, and the gas must not be corrosive, flammable or sticky. Send the process airflow, the pressure and how it is measured, and the gas and its temperature, then ask Gerui for the named model, curve and drawing.
This is an equipment family; ask the manufacturer to select the model that matches your duty.

| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and sources |
|---|---|---|
| Schedule title | 9-19 No.4A–16D | Repeated on the A and D pages; no 9-26 schedule is published. Source |
| No.4.5A row | 2900 r/min; Y112M-2 4 kW; 1174–2062 m³/h; total pressure 4603–4447 Pa | Ask for the reference air condition and absorbed power. Source |
| No.10D row | 1450 r/min; Y200L-4 30 kW; 6440–12450 m³/h; total pressure 5840–5495 Pa | A different size and drive; compare offers at equal duty. Source |
| Temperature and dust | Generally ≤50°C; maximum 80°C; dust/hard particles ≤150 mg/m³ | Give your gas and operating envelope. Source |
| Pictured arrangement | Volute, top rectangular outlet and rear motor on support | Outlet angle, rotation and guarding come on the drawing. Source |
| Other tables on the page | Y8-39 and Y9-38 blocks | Other fan families; request their own sheets if relevant. Source |
The page titles name 9-19 and 9-26. The first table names 9-19, and the next two name Y8-39 and Y9-38. Keep those names apart in your enquiry, and ask for the exact current model with its own schedule.
If Gerui proposes a 9-26, ask for its separate data sheet and curve, because none of the published values belong to that family.
No.4.5A at 2900 r/min and No.10D at 1450 r/min show how widely the schedule spreads, from a 4 kW motor to a 30 kW motor. Each row is a catalogue selection along a curve.
Give paired flow and pressure, say whether the pressure is static or total, and state inlet gas temperature and density. Ask for the selected curve, the operating point on it and the total electrical input. The flow and pressure limits in a row sit at opposite ends of the curve, and the 4 kW and 30 kW rows serve very different duties.
Gerui describes forced air for processes and excludes corrosive, self-igniting, explosive, volatile and sticky gases. Normal gas temperature is 50°C, the maximum is 80°C, and dust content stays at or below 150 mg/m³. Send the gas and material duty and any upset conditions for Gerui to review.
For hot flue gas, pressure containment or explosion protection, write the requirement into the enquiry, and ask for the materials, casing pressure, connections and conformity documents for your market. The application list on the page covers ordinary process air.
Obtain rotation and outlet drawings, foundation and support loads, motor, drive and guard details and service clearance. The A image shows a rear motor and top outlet; D-arrangement dimensions and transmission come on their own drawing. State which starter and controls are included and how the fan responds to faults.
Agree impeller material traceability, balance and run checks and a performance test against the issued selection. Request sound data with the test basis. Price and delivery come with the selection.
