HBO's ultra-clean-labelled hot-air offer shows an additional metal filter box beside the orange-and-black heater assembly, together with a cylindrical intake element and a separate fan arrangement. The original main photo and multiple-angle illustration establish a different package from the simple intake-filter model. The parameter poster lists heating power 3–50 kW, maximum air volume 1.8–75 m³/min, wind pressure 100–7,500 Pa and an outlet range from room temperature to 350°C with room-temperature inlet air. These are series limits, not an inspected duty point.
The distinguishing purchasing issue is the clean-air boundary: which filter is installed, where it sits in the air path, what it removes and how the complete assembly is verified. The reviewed posters do not provide a traceable HEPA grade, particle-removal test, leakage test or cleanroom classification. Ultra-clean and high-efficiency filter are supplier labels. They are not adopted here as proof of sterile air or pharmaceutical-process qualification.
This is an equipment family; its range does not identify one orderable configuration.

| Parameter | Published value | Conditions and evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Distinct observed configuration | Additional metal filter box plus heater/fan and cylindrical intake element | Main and multiple-angle photographs read; exact air-path sequence and internal filter construction not issued. Source |
| Published heater-power envelope | 3–50 kW | Series element rating; no complete-input measurement. Source |
| Published maximum-air-volume range | 1.8–75 m³/min | No selected curve or reference air condition reviewed. Source |
| Published pressure range | 100–7,500 Pa | Static/total convention and flow pairing not disclosed. Source |
| Published temperature envelope | Room-temperature inlet; room temperature to 350°C outlet | Does not establish the filter medium’s allowable exposure or simultaneous maximum duty. Source |
| Clean-air qualification gap | No inspected filter grade, particle report or assembly leakage result | Do not infer HEPA class, cleanroom ISO class, sterile air or GMP qualification. Source |
The photographs show an extra metal enclosure with round connections; this is a physical difference from HBO's intake-filter-only package. The page title mentions a high-efficiency filter, but the reviewed material does not identify its tested class, medium, serial number or certificate. Obtain the selected filter specification and an issued air-path drawing, including the position of each filter relative to the blower and heater.
State what contamination matters to the process, the required delivered-air criterion and the measurement point. Do not translate a catalogue label into an ISO cleanroom class. A selected filter element's laboratory rating would also need to be distinguished from leakage, shedding and cleanliness of the complete supplied assembly.
The poster's 350°C upper outlet statement belongs to the series air-temperature envelope. It is not a reviewed temperature rating for every filter, gasket, enclosure joint or sensor. Have the supplier identify each component's actual exposure and permissible continuous/short-duration limits at the selected flow and temperature. The website images do not resolve that design boundary.
Obtain clean and terminal filter pressure losses, an appropriate fan selection and a maintenance/replacement criterion. Confirm accessible inspection points and the means of detecting loading. The 7,500 Pa maximum is not paired with 75 m³/min in the source, nor established as usable external static pressure after all filters and connecting parts.
Ask for the filter-element test documentation and the agreed installed-assembly particle and leakage checks appropriate to the actual process. Define the airflow, temperature, sampling location and operating state for each result. A supplier application collage depicting biomedical drying is not independent validation of your production line.
If the process needs hygienic materials or cleaning, identify the air-contact materials, accessible surfaces and cleaning limitations on issued drawings. The additional box's shiny appearance is not a certified stainless grade or a sanitation design assessment. Sterilization claims require their own evidence and are not inferred from a hot-air outlet temperature.
The illustrated construction poster describes direct resistance heating and temperature control. Its PID/SSR and related switching words are supplier descriptions, not a selected wiring diagram or guarantee of ±1°C at the process product. Request actual sensor positions, controller interfaces and an independent high-temperature limit.
Agree operation following filter loading, fan trip, blocked process flow and power restoration using the selected design. Define complete electrical input and mounting/service requirements. Acceptance should verify thermal duty and the agreed air-cleanliness result at the same installed boundary; current price, lead time and independent long-term cleanliness performance remain unknown.
