What this manufacturer offers
Envicool is a Shenzhen-based temperature-control equipment company established in 2005, according to its official company history. For a data-centre buyer, the useful distinction is between its computer-room air-conditioning catalogue and its wider cooling portfolio. The company’s online support page also groups cabinet cooling, energy-storage cooling, liquid and electronics cooling, cold-chain equipment and transport air conditioning. Those categories are different equipment routes; they should not be treated as interchangeable versions of one room-cooling unit.
This profile examines the CyberMate V computer-room air-conditioning reference and the evidence available for selecting it. The official product page describes inverter operation, response to changing room loads and temperature-and-humidity control. It does not provide a complete model-by-model selection schedule in the readable page reviewed here. The practical question is therefore whether the proposed air-side arrangement and control strategy match the room, rather than whether a broad company capacity claim sounds large enough.
The research below separates the company’s own publications, the legal-entity information in its exchange-hosted annual report, and our procurement interpretation. It does not establish measured PUE improvement or approve a factory audit. The published equipment reference remains a starting point for an engineering discussion; the final selection must identify the exact unit and its design conditions.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW
Envicool research: architecture, selection gaps and service responsibility
CyberMate V or V+: resolve the designation before requesting a quotation
The product publication presents two designations. We have kept the visible catalogue name as the reference and left the difference unresolved. The supplier needs to identify which technical schedule applies to the proposed equipment.
Browser title: CyberMate V+
The page title names CyberMate V+ series inverter CRAC. It does not explain the relationship between V+ and the name used in the product body.
The product heading and overview name CyberMate V series inverter CRAC. Ask for the exact order code and document revision before carrying ratings between the two designations.
Choose the cooling architecture before comparing the range
The CyberMate product page links conventional-heat-load data-centre cooling, high-heat-density cooling, humidity control and high-precision cooling as related solutions. It also places the CyberMate CW series alongside the V reference. These links indicate that Envicool separates room load distribution, close-coupled cooling and environmental-control tasks within its catalogue. They do not establish that every linked solution is included in a CyberMate V quotation. (Source 2.)
Our procurement interpretation is to first describe the room: rack arrangement, return-air path, load concentration, available supply-air routes and the intended redundancy arrangement. Ask which cooling architecture the supplier is proposing and which supporting equipment it assumes. A room unit selected for broadly distributed heat is a different design decision from close-coupled equipment intended for concentrated rack loads. The published page does not settle which choice is appropriate for your layout.
Keep linked solution statements outside the unit selection
The page places capacity, energy-saving and PUE language at different levels. None supplies an exact-model performance schedule for the quoted CyberMate unit.
6–300 kW: linked product portfolio
The conventional-heat-load solution describes this range for various Envicool products. It is not assigned here to individual CyberMate V units.
The linked high-density solution carries this manufacturer energy-saving statement. It is neither a measurement for the reviewed reference nor a guaranteed saving at the buyer’s site.
The overview describes reducing PUE, without establishing a project-specific baseline or measured result in the reviewed page. Obtain the proposed selection and energy assumptions separately.
A changing room load makes the control sequence part of the selection
Envicool describes dynamic response to changing computer-room loads and maintenance of temperature and humidity. That describes the intended control task, but the readable product page does not supply a verified response-time test, a sensor layout or the full control sequence. A statement about inverter operation is not enough to establish stable operation at the room’s smallest overnight load. (Source 2.)
Our project-specific review questions are how the proposed units share load, where room and return-air sensors are located, and what happens when a duty unit is unavailable. If humidity must remain controlled independently of sensible cooling demand, ask the supplier to describe that sequence explicitly. Acceptance should record the selected equipment reference, representative load changes, measurement locations and alarm delivery. This is a proposed buyer review, not a claim that the manufacturer has completed those tests for the project.
Turn the service publication into a site-specific responsibility agreement
Envicool describes regional service coverage including North America, Southeast Asia and Europe. Its service page lists on-site engineering, remote assistance, maintenance, repair, spare parts, installation and performance optimisation. This is a published service portfolio, not a response-time commitment for your installation. (Source 4.)
Identify who attends the site
Name the organisation responsible for installation, commissioning and fault visits at the actual project address. Regional coverage alone does not identify that provider.
Specify the spare-parts arrangement
Ask where parts for the selected CyberMate order code are stocked and what replacement support is included. The service description does not establish a stock list or delivery time.
Write the response and warranty conditions
Put support scope, response conditions and warranty terms into the quotation. No local service-level agreement or warranty duration has been established by this publication.
Corporate scale should be separated from the manufacturing site for your order
The company overview reports seven R&D/manufacturing bases and describes the business as founded in 2005 and headquartered in Shenzhen. This is a company-wide statement; it does not identify the production site for a particular CyberMate unit or the capacity available on your delivery date. The service and online-support publications show a broad portfolio, but breadth of categories is not a substitute for a production plan for the quoted equipment. (Sources 1 and 5.)
The legal identity in the annual report is useful for checking the quotation entity, as set out in the external-record section below. Separately ask which facility will build the selected unit, which organisation signs the contract, and who is responsible for commissioning. No manufacturing workflow, current output, production-line equipment or shipment lead time is claimed here without corresponding evidence. The remaining research gaps are the V/V+ designation, an exact selection schedule, the order’s manufacturing location and the site-specific service agreement.

Issuer identity and the contracting-entity check
The 2025 annual report published on CNINFO on 21 April 2026 identifies 深圳市英维克科技股份有限公司 as Shenzhen Envicool Technology Co., Ltd., with Shenzhen Stock Exchange code 002837 and unified social credit code 9144030077877383X6. This company-authored issuer disclosure supports a legal-entity cross-check. It is not an independent factory inspection, a certificate for CyberMate equipment or a guarantee of cooling performance.
